AI Expense Audit for Zoho Books
Checks expense claims against policy and flags exceptions, connected natively to Zoho Books so it reads and updates expenses, receipts, vendors and…
A running projection of your cash position, built from receivables, payables and your payment history.
Running out of cash rarely comes out of nowhere. The signs are in your open invoices, upcoming bills and how your customers really pay, but pulling them together takes hours in a spreadsheet. This assistant builds a rolling cash projection from that data, shows a confidence range, and alerts you before your balance is likely to cross the threshold you set.

AI Cash Flow Assistant projects your cash position forward from open receivables, upcoming payables and your payment history, and alerts you before a shortfall arrives. It delivers by email, Slack or a web dashboard. Each projection shows a confidence range, not a single guess.
A cash shortfall you see six weeks out is a decision. One you see six days out is a crisis. Most businesses run their cash view from a spreadsheet that is out of date the moment it is finished. After this build, your projection updates from receivables, payables and real payment behavior, and you get a warning while there is still time to chase invoices, delay spend or arrange funding. The Scope Card lists the data sources, alerts and schedule before you pay.
The assistant projects your cash position forward from open receivables, upcoming payables and payment history. Alerts warn you before a shortfall, leaving time to chase payments or move bills.
Projections use your real payment history, so slow payers shift the timing as they do in practice. Each forecast shows a confidence range rather than one figure to over-trust.
The projection refreshes from up to three read-only data sources and arrives by email, Slack or web dashboard. Nobody has to rebuild the spreadsheet by hand each week.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Save your current cash forecast and how long it takes to update. Note any recent months when cash ran tighter than expected.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Running it afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, billed directly in your own accounts. Build and test usage is billed the same way, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need a fourth data source or more than 25 tracked metrics, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote before any extra work starts. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly hours for changes, enough to adjust payment-term assumptions as customers or vendors change. It starts after the 30 days of included support.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A cash flow forecasting tool charges a monthly subscription per connected account | A custom model build is quoted after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Scope | A generic forecasting tool leaves assumption-tuning to you | An agency agrees scope as the project develops | Ours is written on the Scope Card, including the 25-metric limit |
| Delivery | Self-serve forecasting tools still need weeks of setup and tuning | An agency project usually runs several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Early warning | Many tools show a single projected number with no confidence range | An agency build depends on what was specified | Ours alerts you against thresholds you set, ahead of a shortfall |
The projection window is set during intake based on your receivables terms and payables schedule, typically several weeks ahead on a rolling basis. It is rebuilt on the schedule you choose, so the projection stays current as new invoices and bills arrive rather than going stale like a one-off spreadsheet forecast.
Up to three read-only sources, commonly your accounting system for receivables and payables, plus a bank feed or payment processor such as Stripe. At least three months of historical cash movement sets the baseline the projection is built on. You grant read-only access, so nothing is written back to your accounts.
AI Cash Flow Assistant focuses specifically on projecting cash position forward from receivables and payables. AI Financial Reporting assembles broader management report packs with commentary across multiple areas. If cash timing is your main concern, this build is the narrower, more specific fit at a lower complexity than a full report pack.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, paid directly in your own accounts. The figure depends on how often the projection refreshes and how many sources feed it. There is no separate ongoing platform fee from Upmark Labs beyond the one-time build price.
Yes. Adjusting a threshold, such as the cash buffer level that triggers a warning, is a small change that fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. A bigger change, like adding a fourth data source, is quoted separately as a Change Quote before that work begins.
Yes. Access credentials are shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never sent by email, and connections are read-only, so your bank feed and accounting data are never altered. The projection output stays inside the report or dashboard you configured. Role-based access and audit logging are available as add-ons.
The projection is built from your own three months of historical data, so it reflects your actual payment behavior rather than a generic assumption. Two rounds of changes before launch let you flag where the projection feels off, and the model's assumptions are adjusted before you go live with it.
Yes, plans bill monthly with no lock-in and can be cancelled for any coming month. The 30 days of support included with the build run regardless of whether you take a plan. If you cancel, the projection keeps running on its existing configuration until you choose to change something.
Order AI Cash Flow Assistant and get a rolling cash projection with early alerts, on a delivery date fixed and shown before you pay.
