AI Marketing Analytics for HubSpot
Answers marketing performance questions across your analytics and ad platforms, connected natively to HubSpot so it reads marketing emails, campaigns, forms, contacts…
Acquisition, activation and retention signals come together each week into one briefing that says what actually needs attention.
Acquisition sits in one tool, activation in another and retention in a third, so nobody sees the whole picture until something has already gone wrong. This build brings those signals into one weekly growth briefing, tracked against the KPIs you set. It flags what changed and why it likely happened, and answers follow-up questions from the same data.

AI Growth Intelligence brings your acquisition, activation and retention signals together into one weekly growth briefing, checked against 80 test scenarios and your own history so a normal week and a real problem don't look the same. Week-on-week changes are flagged with their likely causes.
Leadership teams lose weeks reacting to problems that showed up in the data much earlier, simply because the signals lived in different tools. A single weekly briefing that joins acquisition, activation and retention means the team discusses what to do, not whose numbers are right. It is tested against realistic scenarios and your own history, so a normal week does not look like a crisis. The scope names the systems, KPIs and channels before you order, so this larger build is still a clear, safe decision.
It brings those signals together from up to four systems into one weekly growth briefing. Leaders read one document each week instead of opening several dashboards and comparing them by hand.
The briefing is checked against 80 test scenarios and your own history, so a normal week and a real problem look different. Week-on-week changes are flagged with likely causes.
The briefing arrives before the meeting across up to two channels you choose. Discussion can start from causes and next steps rather than who has the latest figure.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $7,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $8,900 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $9,900 |
Before you start: Note where each growth metric lives today, who compiles it and how long the weekly review takes to prepare.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it costs roughly $100 to $500 a month across your connected tools and AI usage, scaling with how many systems and workflows stay active.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed the same way, in your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need a fifth connected system, a third channel, or briefings covering more than one language, add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionAfter launch, monthly maintenance keeps the briefing in step with your business. It covers monitoring, fixes and change hours across the connected systems, such as new KPIs, a revised funnel stage or an added data source. Maintenance starts after the post-launch support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month. Unused hours do not roll over.
$395/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 3 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A growth analytics platform charges monthly per data source, on top of setup | A growth agency quotes a monthly retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A platform gives you the data, you still connect the story | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card, up to ten workflows |
| Delivery | A platform connects in days but needs someone to interpret it weekly | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Output | A platform gives you dashboards to read yourself | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours delivers a written weekly briefing with the reasoning included |
No, it reads from them. It connects to up to four of your existing systems, such as GA4, your CRM and a retention or product tool, and turns what they already track into one weekly narrative. Your existing dashboards keep working; this adds the connected story across them.
Roughly $100 to $500 a month across your connected tools and AI usage, on top of what you already pay for those platforms. You pay these directly, in your own accounts. Monthly maintenance is optional. It covers monitoring, fixes and change hours across the connected systems, such as new KPIs, a revised funnel stage or an added data source.
Delivery follows the fixed timeline shown in the delivery panel, counted from a verified intake. Express and rush options are available for a fee. The clock starts once access to every connected system and each process owner are confirmed, so a complete, early intake matters for this build.
Acquisition, activation and retention, read together from up to four connected systems rather than as three separate reports. That's what lets it show, for example, a strong acquisition week that actually ends in weak activation, which a single-stage report would miss.
More than a single-purpose report, since it spans the whole funnel. Expect a process owner named for each stage and roughly two to four hours of intake per owner, spread across the 72 hours after you order, plus two recorded sessions at handoff.
Yes. Adjustments within the existing four systems and ten workflows fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A fifth connected system or a second weekly briefing for a different team is scoped and quoted separately as a Change Quote.
You get three rounds of changes built into the build price, more than our standard products, because a full-funnel model usually needs more calibration. After delivery you have five working days to flag anything that doesn't match the Scope Card, fixed at no extra cost.
You do. The connected workflows, the briefing template and the underlying logic belong to your business, running in your own accounts. There is no license fee for keeping it running after launch, only optional monthly maintenance for ongoing changes. That covers monitoring, fixes and change hours for new KPIs or a revised funnel stage.
Order AI Growth Intelligence and see your whole funnel in one weekly briefing. Systems, KPIs and delivery channels are agreed in writing before you pay.
