AI Attribution Assistant
Explains which channels and touches contribute to pipeline and revenue.
See which marketing sources turn HubSpot contacts into deals, answered in plain language from your own CRM records.
HubSpot records every email, form fill and deal, but turning that into a clear answer about which marketing actually brings revenue usually means a long export. This edition reads your HubSpot marketing and deal data with read-only access and answers questions like which sources produce deals and how long leads take to convert, in plain words, on a schedule.

AI Marketing Analytics for HubSpot answers marketing performance questions from your HubSpot emails, campaigns, forms, contacts and deal attribution, such as which sources produce deals or how long leads take to convert. It reads HubSpot on an agreed field mapping, plus one more system, and reports in plain words. Access is read-only.
Marketing teams in HubSpot are often asked one hard question: what is actually driving revenue? The data is there, but reports are tangled with lifecycle stages, source definitions and custom properties, so answers take days and still get challenged. This edition follows contacts from first touch to closed deal on an agreed field mapping and explains the result in plain words. The scope names the objects, definitions and delivery channel before you order, and the connection is read-only, so your CRM stays untouched.
It reads HubSpot deal attribution alongside contacts, forms and campaigns. Questions such as which sources produce deals get a plain-words answer rather than a custom report build.
The agreed field mapping covers contact and deal dates, so it can report how long leads take to convert. Your team sees the figure every reporting cycle.
Up to 25 defined questions or metrics are answered on schedule, with one more system connected if needed. You can add or change questions within that limit.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,250 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,000 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,750 |
Before you start: Pull last quarter's HubSpot source and deal reports, and note how long monthly reporting takes.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is paid once. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling, depending on question volume and report frequency.
Your HubSpot subscription is unchanged; licenses or plan upgrades are not part of the build. AI usage during build and testing is billed to you.
Ask about running costsCustom HubSpot objects beyond the agreed mapping, a third connected system, or a second delivery channel needs a written Change Quote. Add a note at checkout to receive it. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionAfter launch, monthly maintenance keeps the build current as your business changes. It covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and a monthly allowance of change hours for changes such as a new lifecycle stage or a revised source definition. It starts after the post-launch support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month.

Contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes, through the field mapping agreed at intake and documented for you. Within that mapping it reads the properties it needs to answer questions and can update only what the mapping allows. Custom HubSpot objects outside the mapping are excluded unless added by Change Quote.
Yes, using the source and lifecycle properties your team already fills in and your definition of a marketing-sourced deal. It can compare sources by deals created, deals won or time to close, as far as your HubSpot data records them. Gaps in source data are reported, not filled.
Through a HubSpot private app token or OAuth with CRM scopes, created with your HubSpot admin on a 30-minute setup call. Access is limited to the agreed field mapping, sits in your own HubSpot account, and can be revoked by your admin at any time.
One system of your choice alongside HubSpot, for example Google Analytics 4, an ad platform or a sheet of targets. That lets you ask questions such as how website sessions compare with the HubSpot deals they produced. A third system needs a Change Quote, or the core AI Marketing Analytics build.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling. Heavier daily use sits toward the top of that range. HubSpot licenses or plan upgrades are separate and are not included in, or required by, this build.
Delivery follows the fixed timeline shown in the delivery panel, counted from a verified intake. Express and rush options are available for a fee. Book the 30-minute setup call with your HubSpot admin early, because intake is due within 72 hours of ordering and the field mapping is agreed on that call.
