AI Pipeline Intelligence
Analyses pipeline health and flags stalled, at-risk and slipping deals.
Every sales call and email lands in HubSpot as a note, a logged activity and a next step on the right deal.
Reps finish a call, move straight to the next one, and the HubSpot deal still shows last month's notes. This assistant fixes that without changing how your team works. It reads the emails and calls tied to each deal and writes the result into HubSpot: a note on the deal, the activity logged on the contact and company, and a proposed next step a rep can accept or edit.

AI CRM Assistant for HubSpot reads the emails and calls tied to your deals and writes the result into HubSpot: a note on the deal, the activity logged against the contact and company, and a proposed next step. It checks deal stage, owner and history first, and works to an agreed field mapping your admin approves.
HubSpot reports, forecasts and handovers all depend on deals being up to date, yet logging is the first job reps skip when they are busy. The result is pipeline reviews built on guesswork. This assistant writes the record for them, consistently, on the right deal, contact and company, and suggests the next step from the real conversation. Managers stop chasing updates and reps stop doing data entry. The field mapping and the systems it reads are written into the scope before you order, so your admin knows exactly what it changes.
The assistant reads the emails and calls tied to your deals and writes a note on the deal. Your HubSpot timeline shows what was discussed, not just that a call happened.
Each activity is logged against the contact and its company, with the note on the deal. Anyone opening the company or deal record sees the same history.
The assistant proposes a next step after each conversation, based on what was agreed. The deal owner can accept it, so follow-up is planned while the details are fresh.
The assistant checks deal stage, owner and history first, and writes only to the field mapping your admin approves. Access is through invites or keys you control.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,650 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,450 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,300 |
Before you start: Save HubSpot reports showing open deals without recent notes or a next task. Note the counts before work starts.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is paid once. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting in your own accounts, depending on how many calls and emails it processes. Your HubSpot subscription stays separate, and no license or plan upgrade is part of this build.
Usage during testing is billed to your accounts too.

Request a custom versionAfter launch, monthly maintenance keeps the assistant aligned with your HubSpot setup: monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and enough monthly hours to map a new deal property or adjust the note format. It starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

|---|---|---|---|
| Price | HubSpot add-on apps bill per seat every month | A HubSpot partner quotes per project | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Associations | Often logs to the contact only | Depends on the brief | Ours logs to the right contact, company and deal |
| Sensitive properties | Writes whatever its permissions allow | Agreed during the project | Ours proposes amount and stage changes for the owner to confirm |
| Delivery | Installs fast; mapping is left to you | Set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes. It logs each conversation as an activity and a note, associates them with the right contact, company and deal, and updates the deal properties named in the field mapping. Custom objects outside that mapping are not touched, and HubSpot settings stay with your admin.
Only if you allow it. During the field-mapping call you mark which properties are sensitive. For those, the assistant proposes the change with the reason from the conversation, and the deal owner confirms it. Everything else in the mapping is written directly, so routine logging needs no extra clicks.
No, though it helps. Testing runs on a HubSpot sandbox if your plan includes one, or on test records in your live portal if not. Either way the fifty scenarios are completed before the assistant writes to a real deal. You share the results and approve them before launch.
One more system is included, usually the email or calling tool your reps already use, such as Gmail through Google Workspace, Outlook through Microsoft 365, or a calling platform such as Aircall. The exact tool is confirmed at intake. Connecting a further tool on top needs a Change Quote.
Yes. Express and rush delivery are both available, and each option's price and date are shown on this page before you buy. Every option includes the same scope: the documented field mapping, fifty test scenarios on a sandbox or test records, two rounds of changes and a recorded 60-minute handoff. Only the schedule changes.
Yes. Notes and activities are ordinary HubSpot records, so reps can edit or delete them like anything else on the timeline. The proposed next step is a starting point a rep can change. Your admin guide explains the mapping, so a new rep understands where each part of the summary lives.
