AI Multilingual Support for SaaS

Users in every market get product, trial and billing answers in their own language, while your docs stay in one language.

Your product sells in many countries, but your docs and your support team work in one language. This agent answers users in the language they write in, covering trials, onboarding, how-to questions, billing and renewals, using the docs and help center you already have. Account actions follow your approval rules, and renewal or upgrade questions go straight to the account owner.

  • Users answered in their language from docs kept in one
  • Trial, billing and how-to questions handled around the clock
  • Renewal and upgrade questions passed to the account owner

What it is

AI Multilingual Support for SaaS answers product users in the language they write in, covering trial and onboarding questions, in-app support, billing, renewal and expansion. Every answer comes from your docs and help center, kept in one working language, and account actions follow your approval rules.

Why businesses buy it

For a SaaS company, language gaps quietly cost revenue: trial users who cannot get unstuck do not convert, and customers who struggle to get help do not renew. Translating every doc and hiring per language rarely keeps pace with releases. After launch, users in every covered language get accurate answers from your existing documentation, and your team only maintains one version. The Scope Card lists the channel, languages, systems and workflows before you order, so you can plan market expansion with confidence.

Problems this solves

Trial users in other languages stall during onboarding

The agent answers trial and onboarding questions in the user's language, from your docs and help center. New users can keep moving without waiting for a reply.

Translating every help article for each market never keeps up

Your docs stay in one working language, and the agent answers from them in the language the user writes in. You keep one source to maintain.

Billing and renewal questions need careful handling across markets

Billing, renewal and expansion questions are answered from your approved content. Account actions follow your approval rules in the SaaS workflow template, and the rest go to your team.

A good fit if

Sign-ups from new countries grow faster than your support team can cover their languages.
Your docs, changelog and help center exist in one language, and translating every article is not on the roadmap.
Trial users abroad get stuck on setup and leave before anyone who reads their language replies.
Users reach you through Intercom or Zendesk, and billing runs on Stripe or account data sits in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Not the right fit if

Your users all write in one language. See AI Customer Support Agent for SaaS, the single-language edition for software companies.
You need the product interface and help articles themselves translated. See AI Product Localization.
New accounts need a guided onboarding sequence with nudges, not answers on request. See AI Customer Onboarding Agent for SaaS.
Questions come from website visitors before they sign up rather than product users. See AI Website Chatbot for SaaS.

How it works

  1. A user writes in their own language through your in-app channel, usually Intercom or the Zendesk widget, and the account is identified from their email address.
  2. Answers come from your docs, changelog and help center, maintained once in your working language. Feature and plan names you want left untranslated are listed at intake.
  3. Trial and onboarding questions follow the SaaS template: setup steps, feature questions and what each plan includes.
  4. If Stripe is connected, billing questions get the real plan, seat count and invoice details, and plan changes run inside your approval rules.
  5. Questions about more seats, a higher plan or renewal terms go to the account owner, with a summary in your team's language.
  6. Anything below the confidence threshold is handed off with the conversation, account details and that same summary.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Admin access to Intercom or Zendesk, plus Stripe or your CRM, with test accounts if you have them.
  • Your docs, changelog and help center, in the one language you maintain them in.
  • Product, feature and plan names that should never be translated.
  • Approval limits for plan changes and credits, and who owns renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Ten real user conversations, ideally from your fastest-growing non-English markets.
  • Credentials for both connected systems, provided securely and never pasted into email.
  • One decision-maker for policy questions.
  • A rough count of your current help articles, FAQs and saved replies, so we can check there is enough source content to answer from.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • The SaaS multilingual agent live on one agreed channel, such as in-app support
  • SaaS intent library and workflow templates for onboarding, in-app support, billing, renewal and expansion
  • Up to six workflows with your approval rules and up to two connected systems
  • Test report built on 50 documented SaaS scenarios
  • Admin guide, recorded 60-minute handoff session and 30 days of post-launch support

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Users can get support in their own language as you grow into new markets.
  • Helps support more languages without hiring at the same pace.
  • Your docs remain one source of truth in one working language.
Trial users reaching first key action
Use your product analytics to compare activation by language for trial cohorts before and after launch.
Tickets per active account by language
Divide monthly tickets by active accounts in each language. Compare the quarter before and after launch.
Billing questions escalated
Count billing and renewal conversations passed to staff each week, from the agent's log.

Before you start: Record trial activation by language and a month of tickets by language and topic before work begins.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is paid once. AI model usage and hosting then run to roughly $50 to $250 a month in your own accounts, on top of your Intercom or Zendesk plan. A product launch or a new market opening pushes usage toward the higher figure.

Usage during testing is billed to you too, and your Stripe and CRM plans do not change.

Custom requirements

Connecting a third system, supporting more than one product with separate docs, or usage-based billing logic needs a written Change Quote. Mention it in a checkout note and the quote follows.

Request a custom version

Keep it running

Optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly change hours to keep answers in step with releases and pricing updates. It starts after the post-launch support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month.

$370/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 3 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Can the SaaS multilingual edition answer users inside our product through Intercom?

Yes. Intercom is a typical choice for the one channel, so users ask in-app and get answers in their own language. Zendesk's widget works the same way. Intercom or Zendesk then counts as one of the two connected systems, leaving one slot for Stripe or your CRM.

Our docs only exist in English. Can AI Multilingual Support for SaaS still answer in other languages?

Yes. That is the point of this edition: docs, changelog and help center stay in one working language, and answers are given in the user's language from that source. Feature and plan names you want kept as they are get listed at intake, so the product vocabulary stays consistent everywhere.

Which two systems should a SaaS company connect to this edition?

Usually your helpdesk plus whichever system answers the most common account questions: Stripe if billing dominates, HubSpot or Salesforce if renewals and account ownership matter more. If you need all three, the Additional CRM Integration add-on adds the third connection.

Does the SaaS edition negotiate renewals or upgrades with users?

No. It recognizes renewal and expansion questions, answers what your docs and plan pages already say, and passes the conversation to the account owner with a summary. Pricing exceptions, discounts and contract terms stay with your team. Plan changes users can already make themselves can be processed inside your rules.

What does the SaaS multilingual edition cost with faster delivery?

One fixed price covers the whole build and is shown on this page before you buy, with express and rush delivery listed beside it at a set extra cost. All three include fifty documented scenarios across trial, billing and renewal questions, two rounds of changes and a recorded 60-minute handoff for your support lead.

How do new releases reach the multilingual SaaS answers?

Through your docs. When you publish an update to the changelog or help center in your working language, it becomes part of the approved source and is answered in every covered language. Larger changes, such as a new plan structure, fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance.

Grow into new markets without translating every doc first.

Order the SaaS edition and users in every covered language get trial, product and billing answers from your existing docs, with renewals passed to their account owner.
