AI Sales Coaching
Reviews calls against your methodology and gives each rep coaching notes.
Showroom and service calls analyzed for test drives booked, trade-in details captured and leads left without a follow-up.
Phone enquiries about stock, finance and trade-ins are recorded at most dealerships, but sales managers rarely have time to review them. This edition transcribes your sales and service calls and checks each one for a booked test drive or service slot, trade-in details captured and a clear follow-up. You finally see which calls turned into showroom visits and which leads were left waiting.

AI Sales Call Analysis for Automotive transcribes sales and service calls at your dealership and checks each one for a booked test drive or service slot, trade-in details captured and a clear follow-up. It reads lead and deal history from your dealer management system or CRM. Leads left without a follow-up are flagged.
A phone enquiry is often a buyer who is ready to visit this week. When a test drive is promised but never booked, or a trade-in question goes unanswered, that buyer simply calls the next dealership. Managers cannot listen to every call, so these losses stay invisible. This edition reviews every sales and service call against the outcomes that matter on your forecourt and flags the ones that need action. The checks, sources and reporting are written into the scope before you order, so you know exactly what you get.
Each sales call at your dealership is transcribed and checked against the Automotive scorecard for a booked test drive. Managers see which salespeople turn calls into showroom visits.
Calls are checked for trade-in details captured before the visit. Gaps show up in the report, so staff can call back and prepare a valuation before the customer arrives.
Service calls are checked for a booked slot or clear follow-up. Leads in your dealer management system or CRM left without one are flagged to your chosen channel.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record current call-to-appointment rates for sales and service. Note how many leads last month had no follow-up logged.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. Analyzing new calls costs roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and a hosting or scheduler service, billed in your own accounts. Your DMS, telephony and calendar are read, not changed or rebilled.
AI usage during the build and back-test also goes to your own accounts.
Ask about running costsSeparate reports per rooftop, calls in a second language, or WhatsApp conversations as a fourth source are outside this Scope Card. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A dealer call tracking service bills monthly per rooftop | A sales training firm charges per call audit | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Bookings | Shows call volume, not whether a test drive was booked | An auditor checks a sample | Ours checks agreed test drives and service slots against the calendar |
| Sales and service | Often licensed per department | Depends on the audit scope | Ours covers both in one build |
| Delivery | Connects quickly but reports generic metrics | Audits are scheduled month by month | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Yes, when the calendar used for test drives is one of the three read-only sources. A test drive agreed on the call is compared with diary entries for that customer, and a missing booking can trigger an alert to the sales manager. The calendar is only read, so nothing is booked or moved by the build itself.
The ones your sales manager sets, commonly the current vehicle's make, model, year, mileage, condition and any outstanding finance. Each call is checked for those questions, and the report shows which were skipped. Trade-in calls are one of the four call types in the Automotive template, so they can carry their own checks.
Yes. Service booking is one of the four call types, so service advisor calls can be checked for a slot offered, the work described and a confirmation given. Sales and service can have different recipients and alerts, within the single delivery channel and up to five alerts in scope.
Yes, if your DMS or CRM records when the enquiry arrived. The report can list enquiries received near closing or at weekends with no recorded call back by the next working day, per salesperson. That shows where leads are lost outside showroom hours without anyone listening back through recordings.
Yes. Express and rush delivery are both available, and the date and price for each are shown on this page before you buy. The scope stays exactly the same whichever you choose. Testing still covers showroom and service calls. Running costs of roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI usage and hosting are separate and paid in your own accounts.
Any dealer management system or CRM that offers read-only access through an API or regular export, plus the telephony platform that stores your recordings and the calendar for bookings. We confirm your specific systems at intake. If your DMS offers no access at all, a CSV export route can be added as an add-on.
