AI Customer Health Score for Financial Services

One health score per client relationship, built from paperwork, service requests, meetings and portal activity, for the whole book at once.

Heads of client service usually learn about an unhappy client from the adviser, often too late. This edition gives every client relationship one health score from CRM records, portal activity, document collection, service requests and booked reviews. You see the whole book in one place, the connections stay read-only, and your people review every result before acting.

  • One health score per client relationship across the whole book
  • Built from portal activity, paperwork, service requests and reviews
  • Read-only connections, with your people reviewing every result

What it is

AI Customer Health Score for Financial Services gives each client relationship a single health score from CRM records, secure portal activity, document collection progress, service requests and booked meetings. Heads of client service see the whole book in one dashboard or report instead of asking each adviser. It never gives financial advice to clients.

Why businesses buy it

In financial services, clients rarely leave over one bad moment. They leave after months of overdue reviews, stalled paperwork and unanswered requests that no one saw together. Asking each adviser for an update is slow and inconsistent. This edition gives leadership one view of relationship health across the book, so the right adviser calls the right client in time. The written scope sets out read-only access, the signals used and how results are reviewed.

Problems this solves

Heads of client service must ask each adviser for status

Every client relationship gets a single health score in one dashboard or report. The head of client service can review the whole book without chasing each adviser.

Stalled document collection can signal a disengaging client

Document collection progress and secure portal activity are part of the Financial Services health model. A client who stops uploading or logging in is flagged early.

Service requests and booked meetings are never seen together

The score combines CRM records, service requests and booked meetings across up to three sources. It informs your team only and never gives financial advice to clients.

A good fit if

Leadership asks how the client book is doing and the answer depends on which adviser or relationship manager you happen to ask.
Client information is spread across a CRM, a document management system and a secure client portal.
Delays in onboarding paperwork, unanswered document requests and missed review appointments are things you already track, but separately.
You want a measured view for management reporting, with alerts reviewed by a qualified person rather than anything sent to clients.

Not the right fit if

You want early warning on clients likely to leave, with a retention play for their adviser. See AI Churn Prevention for Financial Services.
The real bottleneck is collecting onboarding paperwork from new clients. See AI Customer Onboarding Agent for Financial Services.
You need complaints acknowledged, categorized and routed. See AI Customer Complaint Agent for Financial Services.
You need investment, product or suitability recommendations. This build scores relationships for your team and gives no advice.

How it works

  1. Client data is read, never edited. Typically your CRM, your document management system and your secure client portal, up to three sources.
  2. Health measures are agreed with your client services lead. Up to 25, such as paperwork still outstanding, open service requests, missed appointments and portal logins.
  3. The Financial Services template sorts relationships into onboarding, documents pending, active service and review due.
  4. The scores are tested on three months of your client records, so relationships you know were strained come out the way you would expect.
  5. Management receives one dashboard or recurring report, and up to five alerts flag sharp drops, such as a document request open past your deadline.
  6. Alerts go to staff only, with the matching step from your client service playbook, for a qualified person to review.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Read-only access to your CRM, document management system and client portal, or the three sources you pick.
  • A client list with relationship owner, service level and next review or renewal date.
  • Your definitions, such as how long a document request may stay open before it counts against health.
  • At least three months of client history to test the scores against.
  • Your client service playbook and who may act on each step.
  • Report recipients and channel, plus admin access and API keys for each source, never sent by email.
  • One decision-maker, often the head of client services or operations.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Gives client service leaders a clear view across every adviser's book.
  • Can help advisers reach a drifting client before they decide to move.
Client retention rate
Compare clients retained over the two quarters after launch with the same quarters last year, from your CRM.
Outstanding document requests
Count open requests in your portal at each month end, before and after launch.
Annual reviews booked on time
Check calendar or CRM records for reviews booked within your target window, for both periods.

Before you start: Record your client retention rate and outstanding documents today. Note how status is currently gathered from advisers.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment. Ongoing costs of roughly $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and a hosting or scheduler service are billed in the firm's own accounts, separate from CRM, portal and document system licenses.

Build and test usage is billed the same way, which keeps client data inside providers your firm already contracts with.

Custom requirements

A fourth source such as a platform holding account values, separate scores per household member, or writing scores into your CRM sits outside the Scope Card. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

Monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours, for example a new service level or a revised document deadline. The hours scale with your build.

$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

How is this different from the Financial Services churn prevention build?

This build measures relationship health across the whole client book for management reporting. AI Churn Prevention for Financial Services focuses on clients likely to leave and pairs each alert with a retention play for their adviser. Firms that want both a book-level view and retention plays often start with one and add the other.

Does the health score change anything in our CRM or portal?

No. All three sources are connected read-only, so client records, documents and portal settings stay exactly as they are. Scores appear only in the dashboard or report you chose. Writing a score back into the CRM would need a Change Quote and separate access.

Which client service signals usually feed the score?

Firms commonly pick outstanding onboarding paperwork, document requests left open, service requests waiting on the firm, missed or rescheduled review appointments and falling portal logins. You can define up to 25 measures and decide how each is weighted, and the back-test shows which mattered most.

What does the Financial Services edition cost with faster delivery?

Each delivery speed has one fixed price. The price panel shows standard, express and rush side by side before you pay, and the cart confirms your delivery date. Running costs of roughly $20 to $150 a month are separate and paid to your own providers.

Can we add audit logging or mask client details?

Yes, as add-ons bought together with the build. The Audit Logging Add-on adds a log of access to the system, and the PII Redaction Layer masks personal details. Each is a fixed price shown before you order, and both are covered by the same monthly maintenance as the build.

Who sees the client health dashboard?

Only the recipients you name at intake, through one channel: email, Slack or a web dashboard. Most firms send it to the head of client services and relationship managers. Nothing is shown to clients, and every alert is reviewed by a qualified person before any client contact.

See the health of the whole client book in one place.
