AI Contract Intelligence
Extracts key terms, dates and obligations across your contract library.
Long reports get condensed into a written summary of the key findings, in your brand voice, without anyone reading the whole thing.
Long reports land on desks and get skimmed, or not read at all, because nobody has a spare afternoon. AI Report Intelligence reads the full document and writes a clear summary of the key findings in your brand voice, in up to three formats you choose. Summaries go to your drive, CMS or inbox. A named reviewer approves what goes out.

AI Report Intelligence reads long or dense reports and source documents, then generates a written summary of the key findings in your brand voice, delivered to the destination you choose. It can produce up to three output formats, such as a briefing note or an email, and a named reviewer approves outputs.
Research papers, supplier reports and market updates hold useful findings, but reading them in full takes time your team rarely has. The result is decisions made on a skim, or on nothing at all. After this build, each report arrives with a summary of what matters, written the way your business writes, ready for a briefing note, an email or a page. The Scope Card sets the pipeline, output formats and destination in writing before you buy, so you know exactly what the summaries will look like and where they will land.
Report Intelligence reads dense reports and source documents, then writes a summary of the key findings. Busy readers get the main points without wading through every page.
Summaries follow your brand profile and up to twenty reference examples you supply. They read in your house voice, whoever triggered them and whatever the source.
One generation pipeline produces up to three output formats, such as a briefing note or an email. A named reviewer approves outputs before they go out.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $2,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $2,900 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $3,350 |
Before you start: List the reports your team summarizes in a month and time a few typical ones. Keep two or three past summaries to compare against.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running Report Intelligence costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts in AI model or media-generation usage, depending on how many reports it summarizes and how many output formats you generate.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts too, so you keep the provider relationship.
Ask about running costsIf you need a second destination system or more than 3 output formats, add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Your order still runs on its normal timeline. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and a monthly allowance of change hours, which covers tone tweaks and new reference examples. It starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A summarization tool charges a monthly subscription per seat, used or not | A research or editorial agency bills per report or per word | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Delivery | A summarization tool is instant to sign up but slow to learn your voice | An agency usually books in weeks out | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Approval | A summarization tool publishes whatever it generates, unchecked | An agency drafts, then waits on your edits | Ours reviews 25 sample outputs with you before anything runs live |
| Delivery | A summarization tool exports text for you to paste in yourself | An agency emails a document | Ours delivers straight to your chosen CMS, drive, store or inbox |
The fixed price for each delivery speed is shown in the price and delivery panel on this page before you order. It covers everything on the Scope Card: one generation pipeline, up to three output formats, delivery to one destination and the approved sample outputs you review before launch. A different kind of source report is quoted in writing first.
Report Narratives writes the commentary for a recurring numeric report you already publish, explaining the numbers in your voice. Report Intelligence reads long or dense source reports and condenses them into a summary of key findings, for reports you haven't already built a narrative pipeline around. Choose Intelligence when the source itself needs summarizing, not just narrating.
It writes a narrative summary of key findings, not a table of structured fields. If you need data pulled out into fields you can filter and sort, AI Document Extraction is built for that instead. Report Intelligence is for turning a long document into something shorter that people on your team will actually read and act on.
Running costs sit in your own accounts, and we charge nothing per summary. Expect roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage, depending on how many reports are summarized and how many output formats each one generates. Very long source reports cost more than short ones. Monthly maintenance is optional if you want the voice tuned over time.
Yes. Every credential and connected account is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control during setup, never by email, and source documents move only between the systems you connected. The generation pipeline reads content to draft a summary; it doesn't publish or share source material elsewhere, and sensitive examples can be redacted first.
The delivery time for each speed is shown in the price and delivery panel on this page, counted from the day your intake is complete and access is verified. Most of the build goes into tuning the pipeline to your brand voice and testing it on real reports, so send reference examples you genuinely like.
The standard build covers 1 generation pipeline with up to 3 output formats from a single kind of source report. A genuinely different report type is usually a second pipeline, quoted as a Change Quote before it starts, though small variations in an existing report's format often fit inside monthly maintenance instead.
Yes, in any month. Maintenance bills monthly with no lock-in, and the generation pipeline keeps producing summaries either way; cancelling only stops the included monitoring, fixes and monthly change hours. The 30 days of post-launch support that come with every order continue regardless of whether you keep maintenance.
Order AI Report Intelligence and it turns long reports into key-findings summaries on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
