Marketing and Content AI
Upmark Labs builds AI systems that draft content, produce images and video, translate for new markets and personalize pages and emails, all on your brand rules. They suit marketing teams, content leads, founders, ecommerce teams and agencies. Each build has a fixed scope and a fixed price, written before you pay. Order online, or talk to an expert.
What problems does marketing and content AI solve?
Marketing work stalls in the gap between the plan and the finished asset: the blog post waiting for a draft, the product photos that need new backgrounds, the campaign that needs every ad size, the website that only speaks one language.
The builds in this area take the repeatable part of that work and run it on your brand rules, with review steps your team controls, so people spend their time approving and deciding rather than drafting and resizing.
- Content is planned, but drafts arrive late or sound nothing like your brand.
- Each piece is published once and never adapted for your other channels.
- Product and ad images take too long to produce in every size you need.
- Webinars and long videos sit unused instead of becoming clips and posts.
- New markets need your website and campaigns in another language, with your terms kept intact.
- Every visitor sees the same page and every subscriber gets the same email.
What does Upmark Labs build for marketing teams?
Every product here is a defined build: configured and deployed to your environment, connected to the agreed systems, tested against agreed scenarios, and handed over with an admin guide and a recorded session. Some of the builds in this area:
Around these sit builds for social posts, ad copy and creative, newsletters, campaign analysis, translation, captioning and offer personalization. Some also come as editions for a specific industry, or for a tool such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads or Meta Ads. The full list is in the Store.
- AI Content Engine plans, drafts and edits long-form content in your brand voice, from topic to publish-ready draft.
- AI SEO Agent audits your pages, finds keyword gaps and drafts on-page fixes for your review.
- AI Email Marketing writes and segments campaign emails and analyzes how they perform.
- AI Product Image Pipeline produces consistent product images from raw photos at catalog scale, sized for each channel.
- AI Video Repurposing cuts long videos into short clips with captions for each platform.
- AI Website Localization adapts your website for new languages and markets, and AI Website Personalization changes website content by visitor segment and behavior.
How does a project run from order to launch?
The scope is written before you buy. Each product page lists what is included, the limits and what you provide, together with its fixed price and the fixed delivery time shown on each product, so both are known before you order.
Running costs, such as AI model or media-generation usage, are paid in your own accounts, so you keep every provider relationship. Anything beyond the listed limits, such as extra channels, systems or languages, is an add-on or a written Change Quote, priced before the work starts.
- Scope: read the scope on the product page, or talk to an expert if you are unsure which build fits.
- Intake: within 72 hours of ordering, you send what the product page lists. For a content build, that is brand guidelines, tone-of-voice examples, reference pieces you like, access to the destination system and the name of the person who approves outputs.
- Build: we configure the workflow, prompts and guardrails and connect the agreed systems.
- Review: you check sample outputs against the agreed scenarios, with rounds of changes included in the scope.
- Launch: the system goes live with an admin guide and a recorded handoff session.
- Support: a post-launch support period is included, and a maintenance plan is optional after it ends.
How do you choose the right build?
Start from the step that slows your team down, not from the channel. Single products do one job inside a workflow you already run. Systems such as AI SEO System connect more of your tools and run a whole cycle, in that case research, briefs, drafts, internal links and reporting every month.
- Drafting is the bottleneck: start with the content, SEO and email builds.
- Producing assets in every size and format is the bottleneck: start with the image and video builds.
- Selling in another language is the goal: start with localization, and add the native-language review step where accuracy matters most.
- Every visitor sees the same thing: start with personalization, which needs meaningful traffic or customer data to work from.
- You want to read results across platforms: the analytics builds connect read-only to your data sources and need historical data to compare against.
- Still unsure: talk to an expert, who will point you to the right build or scope a custom one.

Questions buyers ask
Will the content sound like our brand?
Yes, as far as your inputs allow. During intake you supply brand guidelines, tone-of-voice examples and reference pieces you like, and those become a brand-voice profile applied to every output. You review sample outputs before launch and ask for changes inside the agreed rounds, so the voice is tuned before anything reaches your audience.
Does anything get published without our approval?
Not on the content builds, which include an editorial review queue before anything is published. Video builds include a human review step before publishing, and image builds run a creative QA check before assets are released. Personalization works differently: it adapts content within segment and behavior rules your team can see and edit, and shows your default content when data is missing.
Which marketing tools can these builds connect to?
Each product page lists the systems it connects to and how many are included in its scope. Several products also come as editions built for a specific tool, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads. If the tool you rely on is not listed for the product you want, talk to an expert before you order.
What does it cost to run after launch?
The build price is one-time. Running costs are paid by you, in your own accounts, to the providers you use: mostly AI model or media-generation usage, which rises and falls with how much you produce, plus any platform subscriptions you already hold. Each product page shows a typical running cost estimate. Nothing runs through us, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Can you translate our website into another language?
Yes. AI Website Localization adapts your website for new languages and markets, enforcing your glossary and a do-not-translate list so product names and key terms stay consistent. Tone is adapted per market rather than swapped word for word, and a native-language review step is available. The scope states the languages covered, and further languages are added as add-ons.
What if we need something outside the listed scope?
Add a note at checkout that describes what you need. You receive a written Change Quote, and that work starts only after you accept it, while your original order runs on its normal timeline. Extra channels, systems or languages are usually covered by add-ons. Larger projects go through the Custom AI enquiry form, or you can talk to an expert first.
Spend your team's hours on approval, not on first drafts.
