AI Video Translation
Translates video transcripts and captions into target languages.
Every video you publish gets accurate, on-brand captions and a clean transcript, without anyone typing them out by hand.
Plenty of viewers watch with the sound off, and captions also make your video accessible to more people. Typing them by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This build generates accurate captions and a clean transcript for your video, styled in your brand fonts and colors. Every file is checked by a person against the audio before it reaches your channel.

AI Captioning generates accurate, styled captions and a matching transcript for video you already have, in your brand fonts and colors, ready to burn in, export as a subtitle file, or hand over as plain text. Every file passes a human check before it reaches your channel.
Uncaptioned video loses viewers who watch on mute and shuts out people who rely on captions. Doing it by hand eats hours of someone's week, and outsourced files often come back off-brand or out of sync. This build gives you a repeatable captioning pipeline that runs in your own accounts and produces the formats your channels need. The Scope Card lists the formats, destination and review step before you order, so you know exactly what you are getting.
The system generates captions for video you already have, styled in your brand fonts and colors. People watching without sound can follow along from the first second.
Captions are generated and styled to match your brand profile. Every file passes a human check before it reaches your channel, so mistakes are caught first.
Each video comes with a matching transcript as plain text. That gives you a written version for accessibility requests, notes or search, without typing it up.
Output can be burned into the video, exported as a subtitle file or handed over as plain text. Up to three of these formats run from one pipeline.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |

Before you start: Count how many published videos have captions today and how they were made. Note average watch time for a handful of recent videos.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is paid in your own accounts, mostly AI transcription and rendering usage: roughly $20 to $150 a month, depending on how much video you caption. A team publishing a few clips a week sits toward the lower end.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need a second destination, more than three output formats, or captions in a second language, add a 'Custom requirements' note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly hours for changes such as new style tweaks or an updated subtitle format. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A captioning app charges per minute of video or a monthly seat fee | A video editor quotes per project, per minute captioned | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Brand styling | A captioning app gives you a default caption look to adjust yourself | An editor applies your style by hand, each time | Ours applies your fonts and colors automatically, from examples you approve |
| Delivery | A captioning app is ready in minutes but needs manual styling | An editor's turnaround depends on their schedule | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Review step | A captioning app publishes whatever it transcribes | An editor reviews on their own schedule | Ours puts a person on every file before it reaches your channel |
Every caption file goes through a human review step before it reaches your channel, checked against the source audio for wording and timing. Accuracy on clear studio audio is very high; heavy accents, overlapping speakers or poor audio need more correction, which the review step catches before you publish, rather than after.
Yes. During intake you send ten to twenty examples you like, along with your brand fonts and colors, and those become the reference the styling is built against. If your style changes later, updates to the caption look fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance.
You get up to three output formats from a single pass: burned-in captioned video, a standalone subtitle file such as SRT or VTT, and a plain transcript. Which three you want is agreed during intake, so the files match what your publishing channel actually needs.
Running costs are paid straight to your own AI and rendering providers, roughly $20 to $150 a month depending on how much video you caption. We do not charge anything per minute or per video ourselves. The one-time build price for each delivery speed is shown separately in the price and delivery panel on this page.
AI Captioning generates the captions in the first place. AI Video QA, a separate build, checks video that already has captions against a brand and accessibility checklist before publishing. Many teams use Captioning to produce the files and QA to gate them before they go live, but each works on its own.
Your source footage or a link to where it lives, your brand fonts and colors, ten to twenty caption examples you like, and access to the one destination the finished files should land in. Account access is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and one person needs to approve the styled output.
Yes. Maintenance bills monthly and can be cancelled any month with no lock-in. It starts after the thirty days of support included in the build, and covers ongoing style tweaks and fixes. It also includes monitoring, model and platform updates, a monthly health report, and change hours for things like an updated subtitle format.
You do. The captioned files, subtitle files and transcripts are yours outright once delivered, and the pipeline runs inside your own accounts, so there is nothing to hand back, license or migrate if you ever change providers, editors or platforms.
Order AI Captioning and it goes live on a fixed delivery date, captioning your video in your own brand style before it publishes.
