AI Feature Request Triage
Deduplicates and categorizes feature requests and links them to customers.
Customer feedback from every channel grouped into ranked themes, so patterns surface without anyone reading it all.
Customer feedback arrives everywhere: support tickets, app reviews, survey replies. Nobody has time to read it all, so the loudest voice wins. AI Feedback Synthesis reads the sources you connect, groups comments into ranked themes with real customer quotes, and sends a report on your schedule. Your sources stay read-only, and your team decides what the themes mean for the roadmap.

AI Feedback Synthesis reads customer feedback from the sources you connect, such as support tickets, reviews and survey responses, and groups it into ranked themes with supporting quotes. It delivers a recurring report to email, Slack or a dashboard, so a rising theme gets noticed early.
Unread feedback is a quiet cost. Problems customers mention for months reach the product team only when churn makes them obvious, and planning meetings turn into debates about anecdotes. Synthesis gives your team a ranked view of what customers keep raising, with quotes attached, so decisions start from evidence you can check. Because the sources, metrics and alerts are fixed on the Scope Card before you order, you know exactly what will be read, how themes are ranked and where the report lands.
The system reads up to three read-only sources you connect, such as your helpdesk, review site and survey tool. It groups everything into ranked themes with supporting quotes in one report.
Up to five alerts can watch for rising themes. When one grows, an alert goes to email, Slack or your dashboard. The team can then look into it while it is still small.
Each theme in the report is ranked and backed by real customer quotes. Discussions can start from what the feedback says overall, rather than from one memorable conversation.
The recurring report does the reading and grouping, covering up to twenty-five defined questions. During setup, its results are checked against three months of your own historical feedback.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,000 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $4,600 |
Before you start: Record weekly hours spent reading feedback today. Write down the top themes you believe exist, so you can compare them with the first report.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, depending on feedback volume and report frequency.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance for this build covers change hours for things such as a new feedback source or a revised alert threshold. It starts after the 30 days of support that come with the build, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A feedback analytics tool charges a monthly fee per data source | A research agency quotes per analysis project | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A feedback tool is a blank dashboard you configure yourself | An agency agrees scope for each engagement | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A feedback tool is live once someone builds the dashboards | An agency project usually takes several weeks per round | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Themes | A feedback tool often just tags and counts mentions | An agency's themes depend on who did the coding | Ours clusters similar comments into ranked themes with quotes |
| Delivery | A feedback tool usually needs someone to log in and check it | An agency delivers a report at the end of the project | Ours delivers a recurring report to your channel on schedule |
The build price for each delivery speed is shown in the panel on this page. It covers connecting up to three read-only feedback sources, theme grouping and ranking against the metrics you define, results checked against three months of your history, and two rounds of changes. Everything sits on the Scope Card, so nothing is added without a written quote.
By the metrics and recurring questions you define during intake, such as which features generate the most complaints or which issues are rising fastest. Themes are ranked using those definitions rather than a generic scoring model, so the report reflects what your team has actually decided matters.
Delivery time for each speed is in the panel on this page. The clock starts once your intake is submitted, including read-only access to each feedback source, the metrics you want themes ranked by, and three months of history for checking results. That history lets us test the themes against feedback your team already knows well.
Up to three read-only data sources, such as support tickets in Zendesk or Intercom, app store or review site feedback, and survey responses. Access is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and nothing is written back to the source, so your feedback systems stay untouched.
It groups related comments into themes even when customers describe the same issue differently, and keeps the supporting quotes attached to each theme. That is different from simple keyword tagging, which tends to miss feedback that describes the same problem in unrelated words.
Small adjustments, such as a revised metric definition or a new alert threshold, fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. A feedback source beyond the three included, or a second delivery channel, is scoped and quoted separately as an add-on, so the cost is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs, paid directly in your own accounts, scaling with feedback volume and how often the report runs. We do not add a markup on top, so the running cost tracks your actual usage rather than a flat fee.
Yes. The report configuration runs on your own accounts and delivery channel, not ours, so there is nothing to migrate if you change tools later. The 30 days of post-launch support cover fixing anything that does not match the Scope Card, and monthly maintenance afterward is optional.
Order AI Feedback Synthesis and your first ranked theme report is ready on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
