AI Training Analytics

Completion rates, scores and engagement pulled into one recurring report, with alerts when a metric slips.

Training data usually sits in your LMS, a spreadsheet and a quiz tool, so nobody sees the full picture until someone builds a report by hand. AI Training Analytics pulls it together into one recurring dashboard or report on completion, scores and weak topics, and alerts you when a learner stalls or a metric slips. It only reads your data and never changes it.

  • Completion and progress by course and cohort in one view
  • Alerts when learners fall behind or stall
  • Weak-topic reports drawn from quiz and assessment results

What it is

AI Training Analytics reads your LMS and related systems and reports on completion rates, assessment scores and engagement, in a recurring dashboard or report with alerts when a metric crosses a threshold. It reports on training data; it does not talk to learners directly.

Why businesses buy it

Without a clear view of progress, problems surface late: a cohort falls behind, a module confuses everyone, a client asks for completion figures and someone spends a day in spreadsheets. This build reads your existing systems and delivers the same report on a schedule, with alerts when something crosses a threshold you set. Your team spends time acting on the numbers instead of assembling them. The Scope Card fixes the data sources, metrics and alerts in writing, so you know exactly what you will see.

Problems this solves

Completion and score data sit in the LMS with nobody reviewing them

The analytics build reads your LMS and up to two other sources, read-only. It reports completion rates, assessment scores and engagement in one recurring dashboard or report.

Falling engagement is spotted only after learners drop out

Up to five alerts warn you when a metric crosses a threshold you set. You can step in while learners are still enrolled. Alerts arrive through your chosen channel.

Building monthly training reports by hand takes hours of exports

If reports are built from spreadsheets today, the build produces them on a schedule. Up to 25 defined metrics or recurring questions are tracked for you.

Teams disagree about which numbers count as completion

Each metric is defined once during setup, then used every time. Results are checked against three months of your historical data before launch. Everyone works from the same definitions.

A good fit if

You currently pull completion rates, scores or engagement numbers by hand from your LMS before a training review.
You can give read-only access to the systems holding that data, plus at least three months of history to validate against.
You know the handful of metrics that matter, completion by cohort, average score by module, drop-off point, and can define them precisely.
One channel, email, Slack or a web dashboard, and up to five alerts cover what you need to see regularly.

Not the right fit if

You want each learner's next piece of content chosen automatically based on their data, not just reported on. See AI Learning Content Personalization.
You need learner-facing Q&A, not a reporting dashboard. See AI Learning Assistant.
You need more than three read-only data sources or more than 25 defined metrics. Add a note at checkout for a Change Quote, or start from our Custom AI enquiry form.
Your data lives outside any system with an API or export, and needs manual collection first. Start from our Custom AI enquiry form.

How it works

  1. Read-only access is set up to each data source, up to three, your LMS such as Canvas or Moodle, a cohort tracker or an HR system.
  2. Your definitions for up to 25 metrics, completion rate by cohort, average assessment score by module, engagement by week, are captured precisely so numbers match what your team already reports.
  3. At least three months of your historical data is loaded and used to validate the calculations before anything is trusted.
  4. A dashboard or recurring report is built for the one channel you chose, email, Slack or a web dashboard, delivered to the recipients you named.
  5. Up to five alerts are configured for the thresholds that matter, a cohort's completion rate dropping, a module's average score falling below target.
  6. Results are checked against three months of your historical data before launch, so the numbers match what you already know to be true.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Read-only access to each data source, your LMS, cohort tracker or HR system.
  • Your precise definitions of the key metrics, so numbers match what your team already reports.
  • At least three months of historical data to validate the calculations against.
  • The report recipients and the delivery channel you want, email, Slack or a web dashboard.
  • The thresholds that should trigger an alert, and who should receive it.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • One person on your side who can approve decisions during the build.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Log the time to build one monthly report by hand before launch. Compare with review time after.
Alerts acted on
Count alerts each month and note which led to action. This shows whether thresholds are set well.
Course completion rate
Compare completion from the dashboard for courses running after launch with your last manual report.

Before you start: Record how long your current reports take to build and the completion rates they show today.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs: roughly $20 to $150 a month.

AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.

Custom requirements

If you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

For AI Training Analytics, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a monthly health report and change hours for a new metric or a threshold change between terms. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.

$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

How much does AI Training Analytics cost?

The build is a one-time fixed price, shown in the price panel on this page next to each delivery speed. It covers read-only connections to your data sources, the defined metrics, one dashboard or recurring report, up to five alerts and the review rounds listed on the Scope Card. There is no charge from us per report once it is running. AI usage and hosting sit in your accounts.

How long until AI Training Analytics is live?

The delivery time is fixed before you buy and shown in the delivery panel on this page, with faster speeds alongside. The clock starts once read-only access to your LMS and other sources is verified and your metrics are agreed. Most of the build goes into checking every figure against your own records, so the first report you receive matches the numbers your team already trusts.

Which systems can AI Training Analytics pull data from?

It can connect to up to three read-only sources, commonly an LMS such as Canvas or Moodle, a cohort tracking spreadsheet, or an HR system, reading completion, score and engagement data without writing anything back. Tell us your specific systems during intake so we can confirm each one supports the read-only access this build needs.

How does AI Training Analytics make sure the numbers are right?

Every metric is defined precisely with your team before anything is built, then checked against at least three months of your historical data so the calculations match what you already know to be true. Nothing is reported until you have confirmed the numbers line up with figures you have seen before from your own systems.

What does AI Training Analytics cost to run each month?

Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs. Programs with more data sources or more frequent reports sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.

Can we add a new metric to AI Training Analytics later?

Yes, within limits. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most metric adjustments happen before launch based on the historical validation. After that, a new metric within the 25-metric limit fits inside the monthly change hours in maintenance, and a fourth data source comes as a quoted add-on.

Is AI Training Analytics the same as AI Learning Content Personalization?

No. AI Training Analytics reports on what already happened, completion, scores, engagement, for a person to read and act on. AI Learning Content Personalization instead uses similar data to decide automatically what a specific learner should see next. Choose Analytics for reporting and Personalization for automated learning-path decisions.

Who owns the training data AI Training Analytics reports on?

You do. Every data connection stays read-only, and the underlying records remain in your own LMS, tracker or HR system throughout the build and afterwards; we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the dashboard and alert logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support.

Stop pulling training numbers by hand before every review.

Order AI Training Analytics and it starts reporting on completion, scores and engagement on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
