AI receptionist for small business: calls, bookings and handoffs
What an AI receptionist does on a real call, the rules that apply, a sample greeting and a pass/fail checklist to launch one safely.
Freshdesk agents get a reply drafted from your solution articles and canned responses, tailored to the ticket, before they start typing.
Canned responses save time, but customers can tell when a reply was not written for them. This copilot starts from the canned response that fits each Freshdesk ticket and tailors it using your solution articles and the contact's details. The draft arrives as a private note with its sources, and your agent decides what is sent. Faster replies that still sound personal.

AI Support Copilot for Freshdesk drafts a reply for each Freshdesk ticket an agent opens, starting from the canned response that fits and tailoring it with your solution articles and the contact's details. The draft arrives as a private note with its sources, and the agent decides what is sent.
Freshdesk teams often face a trade-off between speed and care: canned responses are fast but generic, while personal replies take time agents do not have. Customers feel the difference. After launch, every ticket starts with a tailored draft built from approved content, so agents reply quickly without sounding scripted. The Scope Card lists the Freshdesk fields, sources and approval rules in writing before you order, so you know exactly what the copilot drafts and who decides what goes out.
When an agent opens a Freshdesk ticket, the copilot picks the canned response that fits and tailors it with the contact's details. The draft lands as a private note, so the agent starts close to finished.
Drafts are built from your Freshdesk solution articles, up to 100 documents, and list the sources they used. Agents can check the article behind a draft before sending, which keeps answers consistent.
Every draft shows the canned response and articles it started from. Newer agents learn the right answer by seeing it. Your approval rules across up to six workflows decide how drafts are handled.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Export four weeks of Freshdesk reports on first response time and tickets resolved per agent. Note which canned responses your team uses most.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a single payment. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, paid in your own accounts, on top of your Freshdesk plan. Busier queues sit toward the top of that range.
Testing usage during the build lands in your accounts too.

It treats them as the starting point. For each ticket it picks the canned response that fits best, then adjusts the wording to the customer's actual question using your solution articles and policies. The private note shows which canned response it began from, so agents can see what changed.
In a private note on the ticket they have open, unless your mapping sets a different place. Private notes are hidden from customers, so a draft can never be seen before an agent decides. Agents copy or edit the text into their reply, or ignore it.
Yes. It reads the requester's contact details, such as their company, so a draft can reflect who the customer is. If your second connected system is a CRM or order tool, drafts can also include account or order facts the agent would otherwise look up.
Only within your approval rules. It can prepare changes such as a suggested status or a refund step, but the agent confirms before anything is written. Fields outside the agreed mapping are never touched, and your Freshdesk automations keep running as before.
One fixed price covers the whole build and is shown on this page before you buy, with express and rush delivery listed beside it at a set extra cost. Each includes the documented mapping, fifty ticket scenarios run on test tickets, two rounds of changes and a recorded 60-minute handoff.
Roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, paid directly to those providers, plus your existing Freshdesk subscription. Cost rises with the number of tickets agents open, not with a per-seat fee from us. Monthly maintenance is optional.
