Staff get instant, cited answers to AI and data policy questions from a chatbot trained only on your approved documents.
Your policies only help if people can find the answer when they need it. This assistant answers staff questions about your AI and data policies, using only the documents and FAQs you approve, and cites the source for every answer. When a question falls outside the approved material, it says so and hands it to the policy owner. You decide what it knows.

AI Policy Assistant answers staff questions about your AI and data policies from a chatbot trained only on the documents and FAQs you approve, citing its source so an answer can always be checked. Questions it cannot answer go to the policy owner you name.
A policy that lives in a long document gets ignored, and the policy owner ends up answering the same questions by email every week. Worse, staff guess when they cannot find the answer quickly. This assistant gives everyone a fast, cited answer in the place they already work, and routes the hard questions to a person. It never improvises policy. The written scope sets the documents, intents and channel included, so you know what you are buying.
A chatbot in Slack, Microsoft Teams or a website widget answers from the policy documents and FAQs you approve. Your policy owner stops fielding repeat questions one by one.
Answers come from up to a hundred approved documents or two hundred web pages. Each answer cites its source, so staff can check the wording themselves.
The assistant only uses approved content. Questions it cannot answer go to the policy owner you name through one handoff route, such as email or a helpdesk.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,750 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $6,600 |
Before you start: Ask your policy owner to log policy questions for a few weeks before launch. Note how long a typical answer takes.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running the assistant afterwards costs roughly $30 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting.
AI usage during build and testing also bills to your own accounts, so no provider relationship runs through us.
Ask about running costsNeed a second channel, more than five intents, or more than one hundred documents? Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote, while your original order keeps its normal timeline. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A generic help-desk chatbot bundles this into a broader subscription | An agency quotes after scoping your documents | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generic chatbot needs you to configure the knowledge yourself | An agency's scope depends on how the project is billed | Ours is written on the Scope Card: 100 documents, 5 intents |
| Delivery | A chatbot platform can go live fast but with weak answers until tuned | An agency build often runs several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Accuracy | A generic chatbot can answer beyond its training with confidence | An agency deliverable depends on what was agreed | Ours only answers from your approved material and says when it cannot |
It is a one-time fixed price covering the Scope Card: training on up to one hundred approved documents, up to five intents with handoff to a person, one channel, testing and a recorded handoff. The price panel on this page shows that figure at each delivery speed, so there are no surprises. Model usage afterwards is paid in your own accounts.
Running the assistant afterwards costs roughly $30 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting. There is no separate license fee for the assistant itself. The exact figure depends on how many questions staff actually ask each month, so quiet periods cost less than busy ones.
AI Usage Policy System drafts the written policy itself. AI Policy Assistant answers staff questions about a policy that already exists, whether we drafted it or your team wrote it earlier. Many buyers get the policy drafted first, then add this assistant once staff need a faster way to find answers than reading the full document or emailing the policy owner.
It says so rather than guessing, and hands the question to the escalation email or helpdesk you named during setup. The assistant never invents an answer beyond the documents and FAQs it was trained on, because giving a confident but unsupported answer about policy is worse than admitting it does not know and routing the question to a person.
Yes. Adding a new FAQ, updating an answer after a policy changes, or refining a citation usually fits inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance. Adding a second channel, more intents beyond the five in scope, or more than one hundred documents goes through a Change Quote agreed before that extra work starts on your assistant.
Yes. Maintenance has no lock-in, so you can cancel any month once the 30 days of included support has ended. While it runs, it covers monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and monthly change hours to keep the assistant's answers current.
You do. The training material, the FAQs and the conversation logs all live inside your own accounts, not a platform we hold the keys to. We build and train the assistant, then hand it over with an admin guide and a recorded session, and you can edit, retrain or move it to a different channel at any time.
