AI Meeting Booking Agent
Converts interested replies into booked meetings on reps' calendars.
Inbound leads are qualified in conversation and written into Zoho CRM's Leads module, scored and ready for the owner.
Web forms drop new entries into Zoho CRM's Leads module with almost no context, and reps waste time on people who are already contacts or part of someone else's deal. This agent qualifies each inbound lead in a short conversation, checks Leads, Contacts and Deals first, then records the answers, a score and its reasoning on the lead, logged as an activity.

AI Lead Qualification Agent for Zoho CRM qualifies inbound leads in a short conversation and works through Zoho CRM's own modules: it checks Leads, Contacts and Deals before asking anything, then records answers, a score and its reasoning on the lead and logs the exchange as an activity.
Zoho CRM gives growing businesses a lot of power, but only when records are clean and complete. Thin leads and duplicates waste rep time and make reports unreliable. This agent qualifies every lead in conversation, checks what Zoho CRM already knows and writes the results into fields you can use in your own Zoho workflows and reports. Reps work a qualified queue instead of a raw list. The module mapping and OAuth setup are documented, and the scope is written on the Scope Card before you order.
The agent qualifies inbound leads in a short conversation and records answers, a score and its reasoning on the Zoho CRM lead. Reps can sort by score instead of guessing.
It checks the Leads, Contacts and Deals modules before asking anything. Returning prospects are recognized, and the conversation picks up from what Zoho CRM already holds.
Each exchange is logged as an activity in Zoho CRM. Anyone opening the lead later sees the conversation, the score and the reason it was given.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Export last quarter's lead-to-deal conversion and response times from Zoho CRM. Note how many current leads have no qualification data.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time cost. Running it takes roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, billed to your own accounts, plus your existing Zoho CRM subscription, which stays exactly as it is.
AI usage during the build and testing goes to your accounts as well, so the Zoho organization and every provider account remain yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need custom Zoho CRM modules mapped, a second Zoho organization, or more than one system besides Zoho CRM, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and the extra work only begins after you accept it.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance for this edition: monitoring, fixes and monthly hours for changes, such as a new field, a changed lead status or new scoring weights. Maintenance begins after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.

Leads, Contacts, Deals and activities. It reads them to spot existing contacts, owners and open deals, and writes answers, scores, notes and activities back through the documented field mapping. Custom modules are not part of the standard build and are added only through a Change Quote.
Through a Zoho CRM OAuth client with module scopes, created by your admin and limited to the modules in the mapping. A 30-minute setup call confirms scopes, fields and owners. Building and testing happen on test records first, and the live connection is switched on only after your approval.
Yes. The score and answers are stored in ordinary Zoho CRM fields, so your own workflow rules, views and reports can use them like any other field. Writing new Zoho workflow rules for you is outside the Scope Card, though it can be scoped as a Change Quote.
Only if your rules say so. You choose during setup whether a qualified lead simply has its status updated for a rep to act on, or also starts a deal at a set stage. Borderline leads always go to your named approver first, with the score and reasoning attached.
Every build includes the two-way Zoho CRM connection, documented module mapping, 50 test scenarios, two rounds of changes and 30 days of support. Standard, express and rush delivery times are shown in the delivery panel before you buy, and launch is counted from a verified intake with your OAuth client ready.
