AI Meeting Booking Agent
Converts interested replies into booked meetings on reps' calendars.
Inbound leads are qualified in conversation, and Salesforce gets the score, the reasoning and a task for the right owner.
New web leads often belong to accounts you already have, and duplicates or misrouted leads waste your reps' day. This agent qualifies inbound leads in conversation inside your Salesforce org. It checks leads, contacts, accounts and open opportunities first, then writes the score, answers and reasoning to mapped fields, logs the conversation in activity history and creates a task for the owner.

AI Lead Qualification Agent for Salesforce qualifies inbound leads in conversation inside your Salesforce org: it checks leads, contacts, accounts and open opportunities first, then writes the score, answers and reasoning to mapped fields, logs the conversation in activity history and creates a task for the owner.
Salesforce is only as useful as the data in it. When web leads arrive thin, duplicate known accounts or land with the wrong owner, reps lose time and managers lose trust in the pipeline. This agent qualifies each lead, matches it to what your org already knows and follows through with logged activity and an owner task, so nothing stalls at the score. Your dashboards start reflecting real intent. The org mapping, assignment rules and connected app setup are written on the Scope Card before you order.
The agent checks leads, contacts, accounts and open opportunities in your Salesforce org first. A known customer is not treated as a fresh lead, and the owner sees the link.
Scores, answers and reasoning are written to mapped Salesforce fields. The conversation is logged in activity history, so your reports and dashboards can use it.
After qualifying a lead, the agent creates a task for the owner in Salesforce. The follow-up sits in the rep's normal task list rather than in a separate tool.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,200 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,000 |
Before you start: Save a Salesforce report of lead response times, duplicates and conversions for the last quarter. These figures are your starting point.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
You pay for the build once. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, billed to your own accounts, alongside your existing Salesforce licenses, which the build does not change.
AI usage during the build and sandbox testing is charged to your accounts too, so the org and every provider contract stay yours.
Ask about running costsIf you need custom Salesforce objects mapped, lead conversion handled by the agent, a second org, or more than one system besides Salesforce, add a note at checkout. A written Change Quote follows, and that work begins only once you accept it.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance for this edition: monitoring, fixes and monthly change hours, which matter for Salesforce orgs where fields, statuses and assignment rules change often. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of support.
$270/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A qualification app from a marketplace bills per user each month | A Salesforce consultancy quotes after discovery | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Existing accounts | May create a duplicate lead | Depends on what was configured | Ours checks leads, contacts and accounts before qualifying |
| Follow-through | Usually stops at a score | Depends on what was agreed | Ours logs activity history and creates a task for the owner |
| Delivery | Install quickly, then configure yourself | Usually several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
Leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks and activity history. It reads them to recognize existing accounts and owners, and writes answers, scores, notes and tasks back through the documented field mapping. Custom objects are outside the standard build and are added only through a Change Quote.
It searches before it writes. When a conversation starts, the agent looks for a matching lead, contact or account, and updates the existing record when it finds one instead of creating another. How matches are decided, for example by email or company domain, is agreed on the setup call and documented.
A connected app with an API-enabled user, with permissions limited to the objects and fields in the agreed mapping. Your admin joins a 30-minute setup call to confirm them. We build and test in a sandbox or on test records first, and only connect to production once you approve.
The Salesforce connection is deeper. It checks leads, contacts, accounts and open opportunities before writing anything, works with your assignment rules, logs activity history and creates an owner task, and it is tested in a sandbox first. That extra integration work is why its fixed price, and so its monthly maintenance, sits higher than the HubSpot or Pipedrive editions.
Not by default. The standard build updates the lead's fields and status, logs the conversation and creates a task, leaving conversion to your rep or your existing Salesforce automation. If you want the agent to convert leads itself, add a note at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.
Roughly $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, in your own accounts, plus your existing Salesforce licenses. Nothing is charged per lead or per record. Monthly maintenance is optional, and we recommend it for orgs whose fields and assignment rules change often.
