AI Training Content Generator for Logistics
Turns source material into structured lessons, adapted for Logistics businesses that need to train warehouse staff and drivers on procedures and safety.
A learner walked through a problem step by step, with understanding checked before moving to the next one.
Learners often get stuck between lessons, when no tutor is around to help. AI Knowledge Tutor works through a problem with them one step at a time, asking questions and checking understanding before it moves on. It stays inside the curriculum you approve, guides practice instead of handing over answers, and passes anything outside your policies to a person on your team.

AI Knowledge Tutor works through a problem with a learner one step at a time, asking questions, checking understanding and adjusting before moving on, grounded only in the curriculum you approve. It guides practice rather than answering a lookup question outright.
One-to-one help is what struggling learners need and what few programs can afford to staff. Without it, learners stall on the same problems, drop out quietly or copy answers without understanding them. This build gives every learner patient, guided practice on your own material, on the channel they already use, while your educators handle the conversations that need a person. The Scope Card sets the channel, the documents and the intents in writing before you order, so you know exactly what the tutor covers.
The tutor works through a problem with a learner one step at a time. It asks questions, checks understanding and adjusts before moving on, through one channel such as a website widget.
The tutor guides practice rather than answering outright. It is grounded only in the curriculum you approve, up to 100 documents or 200 web pages.
If tutor time is stretched, the AI tutor can handle routine practice from your materials. Questions that need a person go through the agreed human handoff, such as email or helpdesk.
Answers are drawn only from your approved curriculum, with up to five defined intents. A test set of 40 questions with pass or fail results checks this before launch.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Record current tutor hours spent on one-to-one help and the last cohort's assessment scores.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage and hosting: roughly $30 to $150 a month, depending on how many tutoring sessions run.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Knowledge Tutor we recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes, and monthly change hours, enough for new worked examples or a curriculum refresh. Maintenance starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A generic tutoring app charges a monthly subscription per learner seat | A tutoring agency quotes per program after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generic app tutors from a fixed content library, not your curriculum | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Approach | A generic app often gives the answer rather than guiding toward it | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours checks understanding at each step before moving on |
| Delivery | A generic app is live the day you subscribe, untrained on your material | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The build is a one-time fixed price, shown in the price panel on this page beside each delivery speed. It covers the tutor on one channel, grounding in your curriculum documents, the agreed intents with human handoff, testing and your review rounds on the Scope Card. There is no charge from us per learner or per tutoring session. AI usage and hosting are billed to your own accounts.
The delivery time is fixed before you buy and shown in the delivery panel on this page, with faster options where offered. It starts once your curriculum documents, worked examples and channel access are in. Most of the build goes into shaping how the tutor questions and guides learners on your material, then testing it on real problems before your review rounds and launch.
AI Knowledge Tutor walks a learner through a problem step by step, checking understanding before moving on. AI Learning Assistant instead answers direct lookup questions from your materials without guided practice. If learners need quick answers rather than a worked-through session, AI Learning Assistant is the better fit.
We need the curriculum documents or website URLs the tutor should learn from, up to 100 documents or 200 web pages, including worked examples and practice sets, plus your top 20 FAQs with approved answers. Website admin access to install the widget is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $30 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting. Programs with more learners running sessions sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional and includes change hours.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most adjustments to curriculum or examples happen before launch based on the 40 test questions. After that, updates for a new term's material fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance, and expanding past 100 documents comes as a quoted add-on.
No. It is built to guide, asking a smaller question or offering a hint at the step where the learner is stuck, rather than skipping to the final answer. If a learner is genuinely stuck after several attempts, the session is handed to the person you named rather than the tutor simply revealing the solution.
You do. Every document, FAQ and session log stays under your own account and hosting throughout the build and afterwards, and we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the tutoring and handoff logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support that follow.
Order AI Knowledge Tutor and it starts walking learners through problems step by step on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
