AI Itinerary Agent
Turns a traveler's preferences into a day-by-day itinerary, formatted the way you already deliver one.
Building a tailored itinerary by hand takes real expert time, and most requests start from the same raw material. AI Itinerary Agent turns a traveler's dates, budget and interests into a day-by-day plan using your own destinations, activities and partners. It delivers the draft in the format you already send, for a person on your team to approve before sending.
- Day-by-day itineraries drafted from traveler dates, budget and interests
- Plans built only from your own destinations and partners
- Drafts delivered in your format, ready for a person to approve

What it is
AI Itinerary Agent drafts a day-by-day itinerary from a traveler's dates, budget and interests, referencing the destinations, activities and partners in your own content, then delivers it in the format your team already sends. A person approves each draft before it goes to the traveler, and it uses only the reference material you supply.
Why businesses buy it
Tailored itineraries win bookings, but writing each one from scratch limits how many requests your team can answer and how fast. Travelers who wait too long for a plan often book elsewhere. This agent produces a solid first draft in your format and voice, so your planners review and refine rather than start from a blank page. Seasonal notes and partner details come from your own material, so the draft reflects what you actually sell. The written scope covers one pipeline, up to three formats and one destination, agreed before you order.
Problems this solves
Every tailored itinerary is built from scratch by a consultant
The itinerary agent drafts a day-by-day plan from the traveler's dates, budget and interests. Your consultant starts from a structured draft instead of a blank page, then refines it.
Itineraries suggest places and partners you do not work with
Drafts reference only the destinations, activities and partners in the material you supply. Suggestions match your own offer, because the agent uses only the reference content you provide.
Itineraries look different depending on which consultant wrote them
Your brand profile and up to twenty reference itineraries set the tone and layout. Drafts arrive in up to three output formats, matching what your team already sends.
Mistakes reach travelers because itineraries go out without a second look
A person approves each draft before it goes to the traveler. Drafts land in one destination you choose, such as a shared drive or inbox, ready for that review.

How it works
- A traveler's preferences come in, for example seven days in Kyoto in cherry blossom season with two travelers who want food and walking over nightlife.
- The agent checks the dates against your reference material: seasonal notes, opening hours or closures, and any activities or partners you flag as unsuitable for those dates.
- A day-by-day plan is drafted using your brand's tone and the reference examples you approved, sequencing activities so travel time between them is realistic, not just a list.
- The draft is generated in the output formats you chose, up to three, such as a branded PDF, a CMS page or an email-ready itinerary.
- It is delivered to the one destination you connected, whether that is your CMS, a shared drive, your store or an inbox, ready for a person to send or publish.
- During the build, twenty-five sample outputs are reviewed and approved by you before the pipeline goes live for real traveler requests.
What you provide within 72 hours
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
- Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
- Your brand guidelines and tone-of-voice examples for how itineraries should read.
- Ten to twenty reference itineraries or destination examples you like.
- Access to the destination the finished itineraries should reach, such as your CMS, store or drive.
- The starting list of destinations or trip types to build itineraries for first.
- Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
- One decision-maker who can approve the sample outputs before launch.
- An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Consultants can turn around tailored itineraries with less writing time.
- Helps every itinerary look and read like your brand.
- Keeps a person in charge of what each traveler receives.
- Time per itinerary
- Time a sample of hand-built itineraries before launch, then time the review and edit of drafts after.
- Edits per draft
- Note how much each approved draft was changed and track whether edits shrink over the first months.
- Itinerary-to-booking rate
- Compare how many sent itineraries turn into bookings, from your CRM, before and after launch.
Before you start: Time how long a consultant spends building a typical itinerary. Record how many itineraries you send each month and how many convert.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running costs
The build price is one-time. Running AI Itinerary Agent afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts in AI model or media-generation usage, depending on how many itineraries you generate. AI usage during the build and testing is billed the same way, directly to your accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.
Ask about running costsCustom requirements
If your formats or destinations go past the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionKeep it running
We recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes and monthly change hours, which cover new reference examples, a seasonal update or an added destination. Maintenance starts after the 30 days of support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product
How much does AI Itinerary Agent cost?
The build is one fixed price, and you can see it with each delivery speed in the panel on this page. It covers the full Scope Card: one itinerary pipeline producing up to three output formats, such as a branded PDF or a CMS page, delivered to one destination. AI usage for each itinerary generated is billed to your own accounts afterwards.
Does it know what is actually open or in season?
Only what you tell it. The agent drafts from the reference material and seasonal notes you provide, so if a destination's cherry blossom season, a venue's closure or a seasonal constraint matters, that has to be in the material we load during setup. It does not check live external sources on its own.
What does AI Itinerary Agent cost to run each month?
Running it afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts in AI model or media-generation usage, depending on volume. There is no separate platform license on top of that figure. Generating more itineraries in a busy season naturally costs more than a quiet month.
What access does AI Itinerary Agent need to my systems?
We need access to the one destination your itineraries should reach, such as your CMS, store or shared drive, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email. Your brand guidelines and ten to twenty reference itineraries let us build a pipeline that reads like your team wrote it.
Can we add new destinations or formats later?
Yes. Adding new reference examples, or swapping in a new destination to draw suggestions from, usually fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. Adding a fourth output format beyond the three in scope, or a second delivery destination, goes through a Change Quote agreed before that work starts.
Can we cancel the AI Itinerary Agent maintenance later?
Yes. Maintenance is monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel any month once the 30 days of included support has ended. Unused hours do not roll over. If your reference material is stable, you may need very little change time.
How is AI Itinerary Agent different from AI Travel Concierge?
AI Travel Concierge is a live agent covering booking, support and disruption as well as planning. This build only generates the day-by-day plan itself, delivered to one destination in up to three formats, with no live booking-system connection. Choose this when drafting itineraries is genuinely the task, not managing the booking around them.
Stop writing the same day-by-day plan from scratch every time.
Order AI Itinerary Agent and it drafts a day-by-day plan from a traveler's preferences, delivered in your format, live on a fixed delivery date.
