What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Calls go to voicemail while you are busy or closed
The AI Voice Receptionist answers on your phone number, handles common questions and takes messages. It transfers callers to your team under the rules you set.
Website visitors leave when nobody answers their question
The AI Website Chatbot answers visitors from your business information. Enquiries it cannot handle go to your team by email or your CRM, with the details already captured.
Phone and website give customers different answers
Both assistants answer from one shared knowledge source and follow the same handoff rules. Testing checks 20 scenarios so phone and chat give matching answers.
How the 2 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 2
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can reduce missed calls and unanswered website questions.
- Helps customers get the same answer on phone and web.
- Gives your team a log of every enquiry to follow up.
- Missed calls
- Compare missed calls in your phone provider's log for the month before launch with the voice platform's call log after.
- Website enquiries captured
- Count chatbot conversations that ended in a message or lead, and compare them with contact form submissions before launch.
- After-hours enquiries
- Use the call and chat logs to count enquiries that arrive outside opening hours each month.
Before you start: Record a month of missed calls from your phone provider and count website enquiries. Note how many arrive outside opening hours.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Can the front desk bundle book appointments into our calendar?
Not as standard. Both assistants take messages, answer questions and pass enquiries to your team. Calendar booking is available as an add-on through Additional Calendar Integration. If booking is your main need, the AI Voice Booking Agent is built for that job and may suit you better.
How do the phone receptionist and website chat stay consistent?
They answer from one shared knowledge source of up to 50 documents or an FAQ set. When you update a price or your opening hours, both use the new version. Testing includes 20 scenarios that check phone and chat give the same answers to the same questions.
What happens when a caller to the front desk asks for a person?
The receptionist follows your handoff rules. It can transfer the call live to the number you choose. Or it can take a message and send it to email or your CRM. The chatbot follows the same rules on the website. You decide which topics always go to a person.
Do we keep our existing business phone number with the front desk bundle?
Yes, usually. Your number can be forwarded to the AI receptionist, or ported to the voice platform in your name. Forwarding is simpler and easy to reverse. We agree the method at intake, based on your phone provider and how you want calls routed.
Should the front desk greeting say callers are talking to an AI?
Yes, we recommend it. The greeting can say the line is answered by an AI assistant. In some places, telling callers is expected or required, so check your local rules. This is not legal advice, but a clear greeting usually builds trust with callers.
What does the front desk bundle cost to run each month?
It depends on call and chat volume. The voice receptionist costs about $0.13 to $0.31 per call minute all-in, plus number rental. The chatbot runs at about $30 to $150 a month. These are paid directly to the providers in your accounts, not to us.
What happens after the 30 days of support on the front desk bundle?
Both assistants keep running in your own accounts, and nothing is locked to us. Optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, knowledge updates, a health report and change hours. Without it, your team updates answers using the admin guide and the recorded handoff session.
