AI products that work with Aircall
If your team takes calls through Aircall, these voice products plug straight into it. One answers calls, handles common questions, takes messages and transfers callers. The other handles defined call types from start to finish. Both read and update your Aircall calls, recordings, contacts and call tags, so every call they touch stays on record in the tool you already use.

What do the Aircall editions do?
Missed calls cost business, and routine calls tie up people who could be doing better work. The AI Voice Receptionist for Aircall picks up, answers the common questions, takes messages and passes callers to the right person. The AI Inbound Call Agent for Aircall goes further on the call types you define, handling them end to end without a handoff.

- Take messages and transfer callers
- Handle defined call types end to end
- Keep calls, recordings, contacts and tags updated in Aircall
Receptionist or inbound call agent?
Choose the Voice Receptionist if you mainly want every call answered politely and routed well, with people still handling the substance. Choose the Inbound Call Agent if a set of your calls follow a predictable pattern and you want those resolved fully by the AI. Some teams start with the receptionist, then move specific call types to the inbound agent once they know which ones repeat most.
Questions buyers ask
Will calls still show up in Aircall?
Yes. Both editions connect natively to Aircall and read and update calls, recordings, contacts and call tags. Your team can review what happened on each call in Aircall, just as they would for a call handled by a colleague. Nothing gets lost in a separate system.
Which call types can the Inbound Call Agent handle?
The ones you define. The AI Inbound Call Agent handles inbound calls end to end for defined call types, and the Scope Card lists them before work starts. Calls outside that list are not guessed at. That keeps the agent focused on calls it can handle well and leaves the rest to your team.
Do we need to change our Aircall setup?
The editions are built to work with your existing Aircall account, running in your own accounts. The Scope Card explains what access and settings are needed, such as which numbers the agent answers. Your Aircall admin can review that list and confirm the setup before you place an order.
How the connection is set up
The general pattern we follow for every integration.
- 1You create the necessary access in your Aircall account: a private app, an API key, or an OAuth approval, depending on what Aircall supports.
- 2We agree a secure way to share access during intake. Please never send passwords or API keys by email.
- 3We agree the field mapping with you and test it on sample records before anything goes live.
- 4You can revoke access from Aircall or the portal at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Which Aircall plan do I need?
It depends on the product. Each product page lists the Aircall features it relies on; plan upgrades are not included.
Will it change my existing data?
Only the fields in the mapping agreed with you, and that mapping is tested on sample records before anything goes live.
Can I use a different platform instead?
Many products also have editions for other platforms. See the full integrations list for what is currently published.
