AI for Media & Publishing

Publishers are asked to produce more, keep readers longer and convert more of them to subscribers, usually with the same editorial team. These editions are adapted for that squeeze. They help plan and draft content, assemble newsletters, personalize the site, moderate reader communities, answer subscription questions and spot readers who are about to cancel.

What pressures do media and publishing teams face?

Editorial teams are stretched thin. Newsletters take hours to assemble. Reader communities need moderation every day. Support inboxes fill with the same login, access and billing questions. Subscribers drift away quietly, and by the time they cancel it is too late. These editions take on the repeat work around your journalism so editors can focus on the stories.

  • More output expected from the same team
  • Newsletters assembled by hand
  • Reader communities that need daily moderation
  • Repetitive subscription and billing questions
  • Subscribers cancelling without warning

How do the editions fit a publishing business?

On the content side, the AI Content Engine for Media & Publishing plans, drafts and edits long-form content in your voice, and the AI Newsletter Engine curates and assembles recurring newsletters from your sources. AI Website Personalization adapts site content by reader segment and behavior to lift engagement and subscription conversion.

For readers, the AI Community Manager moderates and engages members across your community channels. The AI Customer Support Agent answers subscription, access and billing questions and hands off complex cases. AI Churn Prevention predicts which subscribers may cancel and runs retention workflows before they go.

Questions buyers ask

Will AI-drafted content replace our editors?

No. The AI Content Engine plans, drafts and edits toward a publish-ready draft, but your editors decide what runs. It is adapted for teams that need more output from the same people. Think of it as taking the first draft off their desk, not taking the byline or the judgment.

How does churn prevention work for subscribers?

The Media & Publishing edition of AI Churn Prevention is adapted for businesses that need to stop subscribers cancelling. It predicts churn risk and runs targeted retention workflows. Which signals it uses and what those workflows send are agreed in the Scope Card, so retention offers match your own policies.

Can the community manager moderate on its own?

The AI Community Manager moderates, answers and engages members across your community channels. Your moderation rules, and which situations go to a person, are set out in the Scope Card. Most publishers keep editors involved for sensitive topics while letting the agent handle routine questions and clear rule breaks.

Frequently asked questions

What's an Industry Edition?

A version of a Core Product tuned to one sector's data, terminology and workflows. It is priced and delivered the same way as any other catalog product, with its own Scope Card.

How long does delivery take?

Each product shows a fixed delivery time in working weeks, with faster Express and Rush options for a fee. The clock starts the working day after your intake is complete.

What do we need to provide?

You add our team as a user, or create an API key that you control, for each system the product connects to: your CRM, helpdesk, store, telephony, WhatsApp or AI provider. Credentials are never sent by email, and you can remove our access at any time. We never buy third-party accounts on your behalf.

What if we need something outside these products?

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Staging copy for testing. Not the live site; payments are in PayPal sandbox and every email goes to the team.
