Growth System

AI Ecommerce Growth System

Combines recommendations, cart recovery, retention and analytics into one connected system instead of five separate tools.

Most growing stores run recommendations, cart recovery, retention and reporting as separate tools that never talk to each other. This system connects them. Recommendations feed recovery messages, recovery outcomes shape retention segments, and everything rolls up into one analytics view. Each area has a named owner, your policies apply everywhere, and every workflow is tested end to end before launch.

  • Recommendations, recovery, retention and analytics working from shared data
  • Your store policies applied consistently across every workflow
  • Tested end to end across real customer journeys before launch

What it is

AI Ecommerce Growth System connects four parts in one design: product recommendations, cart and browse recovery, retention messaging and store analytics. They run as up to ten linked workflows, so each part reacts to what the others see. Unlike the AI Ecommerce Growth Stack bundle, it is one shared system, not five separate products.

Why businesses buy it

Separate growth tools each see only part of the customer, so messages overlap, offers conflict and nobody can say which effort actually drove revenue. Managing several vendors adds cost and confusion. This system connects the core growth workflows around one set of data and rules, so each part reacts to what the others learn, and your reporting tells one story. It suits stores ready to treat growth as a single program. The Scope Card fixes the systems, workflows, testing and support before you order.

Problems this solves

Growth tools each run alone and send customers clashing messages

Recommendations, cart and browse recovery, retention messaging and store analytics are joined into up to ten connected workflows. Each part reacts to what the others see, so messaging stays coordinated.

Nobody sees the whole customer journey across separate apps

Up to four systems feed one connected setup across up to two channels. Store analytics draws on the same data the messaging workflows use, so the numbers and the messages agree.

Adding one more tool breaks something else in the stack

The system is designed as one build and tested across 80 end-to-end scenarios. Three rounds of revisions are included to settle how the parts work together.

A good fit if

You already run recommendations, recovery emails, retention offers and reporting as separate tools or manual processes, and want them connected as one system instead.
You have enough order and traffic volume to make ten connected workflows worth building, rather than a single dashboard or a single automation.
You have a process owner for each area, such as recovery or retention, plus one overall approver, ready to sign off on 80 end-to-end test scenarios before launch.
You want up to four systems connected and up to 200 documents used as knowledge, spanning recommendations logic, retention rules and reporting all at once.

Not the right fit if

You want five complete products, each built to its own full scope, plus product description writing. See AI Ecommerce Growth Stack. It bundles AI Recommendation Engine, AI Abandoned Cart Agent, AI Win-Back Agent, AI Product Description Engine and AI Ecommerce Analytics.
You only need one piece, such as reporting, not the full connected system. See AI Ecommerce Analytics, priced and scoped for that single job.
You only need customers grouped for targeting, not recovery and retention automated too. See AI Customer Segmentation.
You want review analysis or response drafting specifically, not the wider growth workflows. See AI Review Intelligence, or AI Review Response Agent.
You need more than ten connected workflows or more than four systems. Add a note at checkout for a Change Quote, or use the Custom AI request form for larger or bespoke projects.

How it works

  1. You name the areas and the owners. Recommendations, recovery, retention and analytics are scoped together, with a process owner named for each area and one approver for the whole system.
  2. Up to four systems are connected. Your store platform plus tools such as Klaviyo, Gorgias or Google Merchant Center link in, feeding up to ten workflows from shared, consistent data.
  3. Up to 200 documents build the knowledge base. Policies, product data and past campaign material are used so recommendations, recovery messages and retention offers all reflect the same rules.
  4. Workflows are built and connected. Recommendations feed into recovery triggers, recovery outcomes feed into retention segments, and all of it rolls up into the shared analytics layer.
  5. 80 end-to-end scenarios are tested. Each connected workflow is run through real scenarios, from an abandoned cart to a lapsing customer, before anything goes live.
  6. You review it and we hand it off. Three rounds of changes refine the connected system, then two recorded 60-minute sessions walk each process owner through their part.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Everything listed for each connected system, such as store admin access and your recommendations, recovery and retention rules.
  • A named process owner for each area of the system, such as recovery, retention and analytics.
  • The KPIs you want the system tracking, so the analytics layer reports on what actually matters to you.
  • Your shipping, returns and refund policies, so recovery and retention messaging stays accurate.
  • Your product catalog data, used as part of the up to 200 documents that ground the system.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • One overall approver for the whole system, in addition to the process owner for each area.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can give customers a joined-up experience instead of competing messages
  • Helps the team manage growth from one setup
  • Makes it easier to see how each part affects revenue
Repeat customer revenue
Compare it in store reports for the quarter before launch and the quarter after.
Recovered cart and browse revenue
Total attributed orders from your messaging platform monthly.
Messages per customer per week
Check send logs to confirm customers are not being over-messaged.

Before you start: Record repeat revenue, recovered revenue and average messages per customer for the last quarter. List the tools currently in use.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Running the connected system costs roughly $100 to $500 a month across AI usage and the tools it's built on, billed directly in your own accounts. Stores using all four connected systems and the full ten workflows sit toward the top of that range.

AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours. Nothing runs through us.

Questions about this product

What is included in the AI Ecommerce Growth System build?

Up to two channels, up to four connected systems, a knowledge base of up to 200 documents, up to ten linked workflows across recommendations, recovery, retention and analytics, 80 end-to-end test scenarios, three rounds of changes, two recorded handoff sessions and 45 days of support. The fixed price is shown on this page before you order.

How is the Growth System different from the AI Ecommerce Growth Stack?

The Growth Stack bundles five separate products, each built to its own full scope, with up to three handoffs between them. It also includes product description writing. The Growth System is one design: four parts share data across up to ten linked workflows and four systems. Choose the Stack for depth in each part, or the System for one joined-up setup.

What does the AI Ecommerce Growth System cost to run each month?

Roughly $100 to $500 across AI usage and the connected tools it runs on, paid directly in your own accounts rather than billed through us. Stores using all four connected systems and the full ten linked workflows land nearer the top of that range than a lighter setup.

How long does the full growth system take to launch?

On a fixed schedule shown before you buy, from a verified intake through 80 end-to-end scenarios tested before launch. Express and rush delivery are available for a fee if you need the connected system live sooner, for example before a peak season. Each process owner reviews their part of the system before it goes live.

What access does the connected system need across our tools?

Admin or API access to up to four connected systems, typically your store platform plus tools such as Klaviyo, Gorgias or Google Merchant Center, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control rather than by email. You'll also name a process owner for each area and one overall approver for the system.

Can we add an eleventh workflow later?

Yes, an additional connected workflow, or a fifth linked system, comes through as a Change Quote, priced and agreed with you before that extra work starts. Smaller adjustments to the existing ten workflows, such as tuning a recovery trigger, fit inside the monthly change hours included with maintenance instead.

Is maintenance required after the 45 days of support?

No. It's recommended for a system this connected, but every plan bills monthly and can be cancelled any month with no fixed term. The workflows keep running on their existing rules regardless; a plan only pays for the hours spent changing them across recommendations, recovery, retention and reporting afterward.

Who owns the connected workflows once the growth system is live?

You do. Every workflow runs in your own connected accounts, on data and rules you control, and access can be revoked at any point. We configure the recommendations, recovery, retention and analytics logic during the build, but none of it depends on our systems staying involved after handoff.

Stop running growth as five disconnected tools.

Order AI Ecommerce Growth System and recommendations, recovery, retention and analytics go live as one connected, tested system on a fixed delivery date.
