AI LTV Intelligence

See which cohorts, channels and first products actually produce your best long-term customers.

Two customers can spend the same on their first order and be worth very different amounts a year later. This report shows you which is which. It models lifetime value from your own order history, split by when customers arrived, the channel that brought them and the first product they bought. Your team sees where your most valuable customers really come from.

  • Lifetime value by cohort, acquisition channel and first product
  • Spots channels that look cheap at first order but fade later
  • Alerts when a cohort or channel's value trend shifts

What it is

AI LTV Intelligence is a recurring report that models customer lifetime value broken down by acquisition cohort, marketing channel and first product purchased, so you can see which combinations are quietly worth the most over time. Up to five alerts flag value trends that shift.

Why businesses buy it

Most marketing decisions are made on first-order numbers, because lifetime value is hard to calculate. That means budget flows to channels that bring one-time buyers while the sources of loyal customers stay underfunded. This report closes the blind spot with your own repeat-purchase data, refreshed on a schedule. It informs your budget and promotion choices without spending anything itself. The written scope sets the data sources, groupings, report format and testing before you order, so you know what you will receive.

Problems this solves

Marketing spend is judged on first orders, not lasting customer value

The service models customer lifetime value by acquisition cohort, marketing channel and first product purchased. You can see which channels bring customers worth the most over time.

Some first products quietly lead to loyal customers and nobody knows

Lifetime value is broken down by the first product each customer bought. That view is delivered as a dashboard or recurring report from up to three read-only sources.

Changes in customer value only show up at year end

Up to five alerts flag value trends that shift between reports. The model was checked against three months of your historical data before it went live.

A good fit if

You acquire customers through more than one channel and suspect they are not worth the same amount over time, but have no report that proves it.
You can grant read-only access to your order history, customer records and marketing attribution data on a platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Adobe Commerce.
You want a recurring dashboard breaking lifetime value down by cohort, channel and first product, not a one-off spreadsheet analysis.
You want this to inform decisions elsewhere, such as which acquisition channels to fund or which first products to promote, not to run those decisions itself.

Not the right fit if

Your priority is spotting customers about to stop buying, not modeling the value of customers who already have. See AI Ecommerce Churn Agent, which identifies customers likely to stop buying and triggers retention flows.
You want stock forecasting rather than customer value modeling. See AI Inventory Intelligence, which forecasts stock needs and flags stockouts and overstock.
You want bundle pairing suggestions rather than a lifetime value breakdown. See AI Bundle Recommendation.
You want a single acquisition or retention campaign built and sent, not a measurement report. That execution work sits outside this dashboard's scope; add a note at checkout for a Custom AI inquiry.

How it works

  1. We connect read-only to your store platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Adobe Commerce, and pull at least three months of order and customer history.
  2. Customers are grouped into cohorts by acquisition period, then further split by the marketing channel and the first product that brought them in.
  3. Lifetime value is modeled per group using your own repeat-purchase pattern, not an industry-average multiplier applied to every customer the same way.
  4. The report ranks which cohort, channel and first-product combinations produce the strongest long-term value, and which underperform despite looking fine at first order.
  5. Results are delivered to the one channel you chose, with up to five alerts for a combination whose value trend shifts meaningfully.
  6. Your marketing and merchandising teams use the report to guide channel budget and first-purchase promotion decisions. The report informs; it does not spend budget itself.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Read-only access to your store platform's order and customer data, such as a Shopify or WooCommerce staff account or API app.
  • At least three months of order history, so lifetime value patterns reflect real repeat-purchase behavior rather than a short snapshot.
  • Your marketing channel or attribution data, such as UTM tags or ad platform exports, so channel comparisons are accurate.
  • The recipients and delivery channel for the report, whether that is an inbox, a Slack channel or a dashboard login.
  • Your definitions of the cohorts or groupings that matter most to your business, such as by quarter or by acquisition campaign.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • One person on your side who can approve the cohort definitions and sign off on launch.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • AI LTV Intelligence configured in your environment
  • Read-only connections to up to three data sources
  • A lifetime value dashboard or recurring report covering up to 25 defined metrics (analysis to inform decisions)
  • Up to five trend alerts and a test report checked against three months of history

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps shift budget toward channels that bring longer-lasting customers
  • Can highlight entry products worth promoting to new buyers
  • Makes long-term customer value visible month to month
Lifetime value by acquisition channel
Read it from the report each month and compare channels over successive quarters.
Spend on channels with higher customer value
Compare your marketing budget split for the quarter before launch with the quarter after.
Second-order rate by first product
Track it in the report for the entry products you choose to promote.

Before you start: Note your current marketing spend by channel and any lifetime value figure you already use, even a rough one.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Running the report afterwards costs roughly $20 to $150 a month, covering AI model usage plus the hosting and scheduler that refresh it. Stores with a couple of read-only connections and modest order volume tend to sit toward the lower end of that range.

AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts too, so every provider relationship stays yours. Nothing runs through us.

Custom requirements

If you need more than three data sources, another language, or extra dashboards, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and your original order still runs on its normal timeline. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

For this build we recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes, and monthly change hours, enough to add a cohort split or a new channel. Maintenance starts after the thirty days of support included in the build, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.

$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

What does the AI LTV Intelligence build include?

It covers read-only connections to your data sources, the cohort, channel and first-product modeling, a test against three months of your history, a recurring report with up to five alerts, two rounds of changes and a recorded handoff session. The fixed price and faster delivery options are shown on this page before you order.

How much does AI LTV Intelligence cost to run each month?

Roughly $20 to $150 a month, covering AI model usage plus the hosting and scheduler that refresh your report. You pay that directly in your own accounts, not to us. Stores with a couple of connected data sources typically land toward the lower end of that range.

How long until AI LTV Intelligence is live?

Delivery follows a fixed schedule shown before you buy, with express and rush options if budget planning is close. The clock starts once your data sources, cohort definitions and report recipients are confirmed, usually within 72 hours of ordering. You review the first report, checked against your own history, before it goes live.

What data does AI LTV Intelligence need from my store?

Read-only access to order and customer history, plus your marketing channel or attribution data such as UTM tags, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email. At least three months of order history is required, since lifetime value cannot be modeled reliably from a shorter window.

Can AI LTV Intelligence show which acquisition channel is actually best?

Yes. It breaks modeled lifetime value down by the channel each customer was acquired through, alongside their first product and their acquisition cohort, so you can see which channels bring in customers who keep buying rather than customers who order once and disappear.

Can I add a new cohort split later?

Yes. Adding a cohort split, a new channel or adjusting how groupings are defined fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. A new data source or an added delivery channel is handled as an add-on or a Change Quote.

Who owns the reports AI LTV Intelligence produces?

You do. The modeling logic, the report and the underlying configuration live in your own accounts and store platform once the build is delivered. If you later move to a different agency or bring the work in-house, nothing about it is locked to us.

Find out which customers are actually worth keeping.

Order AI LTV Intelligence and see lifetime value by cohort, channel and first product, from your own order data, on a fixed delivery date.
