What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Prospective clients reach voicemail and contact another firm instead
The AI Voice Receptionist for Legal Operations answers calls at any hour, asks your intake questions and books consultations. It reads the disclaimers you approve on every call.
Intake notes miss the details lawyers need before a consultation
AI Client Intake checks each record against your practice-area question set. It then sends a complete record to your practice-management system or CRM for a lawyer to review.
Conflict-check details are gathered differently by each person
The stack captures names and adverse parties the same way on phone and website, for a lawyer to review. It never makes a conflict decision on its own.
Website visitors leave questions overnight with nobody to answer
The AI Website Chatbot for Legal Operations runs the same questions and disclaimers on your site. Web enquiries are captured as fully as phone calls.
How the 3 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 3
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

- Enquiries captured after hours
- Use the call and chat logs to count enquiries outside office hours each month, and compare with voicemails before launch.

Questions about this product
Does the law firm intake AI give legal advice to callers?
No. It never gives legal advice or evaluates a case. It reads the disclaimers you approve, asks your intake questions and books consultations. If a caller asks whether they have a case, it explains that a lawyer will review their matter and offers a consultation.
How does the intake stack handle conflict checks?
It collects the data, and a lawyer decides. The stack captures names, adverse parties and any other details you specify, and adds them to the intake record. It never makes an automated conflict decision. Your lawyers run the check in your own system before accepting the matter.
Which practice-management systems does the law firm stack work with?
One practice-management system or CRM, such as Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase or HubSpot. Intake records arrive there with the matter details and conflict-check data. Consultations can be booked into Google or Outlook Calendar. A second system is quoted separately through a Change Quote.
Can the intake questions differ by practice area?
Yes, for up to three practice areas. Each has its own question set, so a family law enquiry and a personal injury enquiry are asked different things. The same sets run on phone and website. More practice areas can be added through a Change Quote.
Who is responsible for bar advertising rules and intake disclaimers?
Your firm is. You supply approved intake scripts and disclaimers for each jurisdiction, and the assistants use them as written. We do not review bar advertising compliance. This is not legal advice, so check your scripts against your local rules before launch.
Where does prospective client information go in the intake stack?
Only into accounts you control. The assistants run in your own voice, AI and practice-management accounts, and records go only to the system you choose. For extra protection, the PII Redaction Layer can remove sensitive details from logs. Your own privacy duties still apply.
What happens after the law firm stack's 30 days of support?
Your firm keeps everything running in its own accounts. Optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours, for example when disclaimers or practice areas change. Without it, your team updates scripts using the admin guide and the recorded session.
