AI Campaign Analysis

A recurring report on how your campaigns actually performed, with budget-shift recommendations you can act on.

Most teams find out a campaign underperformed weeks after the money is gone. This build reads your ad and analytics accounts on a schedule, reports how each campaign and channel did against the metrics you choose, and recommends where to move budget next. Access is read-only, and every budget change stays your decision.

  • One cross-channel report instead of numbers pulled together by hand
  • Clear budget-shift recommendations after every reporting cycle
  • Alerts when a key metric leaves the range you set
$2,900 20–30 working days Optional maintenance $249/mo

What it is

AI Campaign Analysis reads your connected ad and analytics accounts, reports on how each campaign and channel actually performed against the metrics you define, and recommends where to shift budget next, delivered on a recurring schedule to the channel you choose. Alerts flag any metric that moves outside your set range.

Why businesses buy it

Every week a weak campaign keeps running is budget you will not get back. Yet pulling numbers from several ad platforms into one view takes hours, so reviews slip and decisions wait for the month-end report. A scheduled analysis puts the numbers side by side, explains what changed and suggests where the next dollar should go, while your team keeps control of the spend. The written scope lists the data sources, metrics and alert rules up front, so there are no surprises in what the report covers.

Problems this solves

Campaign reports take ages to compile from several ad accounts

It reads up to three ad and analytics sources directly and delivers a recurring report or dashboard. Nobody has to export and merge spreadsheets before the weekly meeting.

Performance is judged on different numbers each month

Up to 25 metrics or recurring questions are defined at setup. Each report measures every campaign the same way, so comparisons from one month to the next actually hold up.

Budget stays in weak channels because results are rarely reviewed

Each report recommends where to shift budget next, based on the metrics you defined. Your team still makes the call, but starts from a clear, written recommendation.

A sudden spike in cost goes unnoticed for days

Up to five alerts flag any metric that moves outside your set range. The right person hears about it in email, Slack or the dashboard while it can still be fixed.

A good fit if

You run campaigns across more than one channel and currently pull the numbers together by hand before you can decide anything.
You want a recurring report, not a one-off audit, so trends and budget recommendations update as new data comes in.
You already have at least three months of historical data in your ad accounts or analytics tools to check the analysis against.
You want alerts when a metric moves outside the range you define, instead of finding out at the end of the month.

Not the right fit if

You have not launched the campaign yet and need the plan built first. See AI Campaign Planning, which sets channel budget and timeline before spend commits.
You need the ad copy rewritten based on what the analysis finds, not just the report. Pair this with AI Ad Copy Generator, once the recommendations are in.
You want a person to interpret the numbers and advise you live, not a written report. Book an Expert Consultation to talk it through with a strategist.
You want to ask questions across all your analytics and ad data, not only read campaign results. See AI Marketing Analytics, the next step up.
You need real-time bid-level optimization running inside the ad platform itself. That level of automation is a custom build; add a note at checkout for a Change Quote.

How it works

  1. You connect your data sources. Up to three read-only sources, such as Google Analytics 4, Meta and Google Search Console are linked so the analysis works from your real numbers.
  2. Your metrics are defined once. Up to 25 metrics or recurring questions, for example cost per lead by channel or week-on-week spend efficiency are agreed at intake so every report answers the same questions consistently.
  3. The report is built on schedule. A dashboard or recurring report is generated for the channel you chose, email, Slack or a web dashboard, on the cadence you set.
  4. Results are checked against your history. Each report is validated against three months of your own historical data before it is trusted to flag anything as unusual.
  5. Alerts fire on the rules you set. Up to five alerts, such as a channel's cost per lead crossing a threshold, notify you the day it happens rather than at month end.
  6. Budget-shift recommendations are included. Each report closes with where the data suggests moving spend next, so the report ends in a decision, not just a chart.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Read-only access to each data source, such as your ad accounts, Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.
  • Your definitions of the key metrics the report should track and answer.
  • At least three months of historical data for the analysis to validate against.
  • The report recipients and the delivery channel, such as email, Slack or a web dashboard.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • One decision-maker who can sign off on scope questions during the build.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can save the hours spent pulling reports together
  • Helps budget move towards what is working sooner
  • Makes problems visible before they become expensive
Reporting hours per month
Ask whoever builds reports to log hours for a month before launch and a month after.
Cost per acquisition
Compare cost per acquisition from your ad platforms for the quarter before launch and the quarter after.
Time to act on an alert
Log when each alert fired and when someone acted, then review the log monthly.

Before you start: Record current cost per acquisition by channel and how many hours monthly reporting takes.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build price is one-time. Running the analysis costs roughly $20 to $150 a month, covering AI model usage plus hosting for the scheduler that runs your recurring report, billed directly in your own accounts. The figure tracks how many data sources are connected and how often the report and alerts run.

AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours. Nothing runs through us.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

After launch, monthly maintenance keeps the build current as your business changes: monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly hours for changes such as new metrics, an added data source or adjusted alert thresholds. It starts after the post-launch support period, bills monthly and can be cancelled any month.

$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Which data sources can AI Campaign Analysis connect to?

Up to three read-only sources in scope, typically drawn from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta or LinkedIn. Each connection is read-only, so nothing in your ad accounts is changed by the analysis itself, only read and reported on.

What does AI Campaign Analysis cost to run each month?

Roughly $20 to $150, covering AI model usage and hosting for the report scheduler, paid directly in your own accounts rather than billed through us. The figure tracks how many sources are connected and how often reports and alerts run.

How often does the campaign report get delivered?

On the cadence you set at intake, most commonly weekly, to the one delivery channel you chose: email, Slack or a web dashboard. The schedule is part of your agreed workflow and can be changed later through monthly maintenance. Its change hours also cover new metrics, an added data source or adjusted alert thresholds.

Does the analysis change my ad campaigns automatically?

No. It reports and recommends; it does not place bids or shift budget on its own inside any ad platform. A person on your team reads the recommendation and acts on it, keeping control of spend in your hands throughout.

How fast can AI Campaign Analysis go live?

Delivery follows the fixed timeline shown on this page, counted from a verified intake. Express and rush options are available for a fee if you need reporting sooner. Read-only access to your ad and analytics accounts, plus your metric definitions, are the first things to send, because the build starts from them.

What happens if a metric moves outside my target range?

One of your up-to-five configured alerts fires immediately and notifies you through the delivery channel you chose, on the day it happens, rather than waiting for the next scheduled report to surface the change days later, once it is already old news.

Can I add more metrics or data sources later?

Yes, small additions such as a new metric definition or a tweaked question fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. A source beyond the three in scope, or a fourth alert type is available as an add-on, priced before it starts.

Do I need three months of history before I can order this?

Yes. The build validates its results against three months of your own historical data before any of it is trusted to flag something as unusual, so that history needs to already exist in your connected accounts before testing can properly begin.

Stop building the monthly report by hand.

Order AI Campaign Analysis and get a clear, scheduled read on what your campaigns earned. Data sources, metrics and alerts are agreed in writing before you pay.
