AI Support Automation Stack
An agent-assist stack for support teams reducing manual triage: AI Ticket Classification, AI Ticket Routing, AI Support Copilot, AI Support Knowledge Agent, no customer-facing bot, delivered as one project with one intake.
Discount rounded to the nearest $100. Savings are calculated from current component prices, not claimed.
What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Agents tag and sort every ticket by hand before answering
AI Ticket Classification tags each new ticket inside your helpdesk by topic and urgency. Agents open tickets that are already sorted, rather than spending the first minutes on triage.
Tickets bounce between queues before reaching the right agent
AI Ticket Routing uses the classification to send each ticket to the right team or person. Fewer tickets are reassigned, and customers wait less for someone who can help.
Newer agents hunt for answers while the customer waits
The AI Support Copilot suggests replies and relevant information to agents inside the helpdesk. Agents still answer customers themselves, with better material in front of them.
Solved problems never make it into the help center
The AI Support Knowledge Agent drafts help-center articles from tickets your team has already solved. Your team reviews them, and the help center grows from real customer questions.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Questions about this product
Does the AI Support Automation Stack reply to customers itself?
No. It works behind the scenes inside your helpdesk. Tickets are tagged and routed automatically, and the copilot drafts replies for agents, but an agent reviews and sends each one. If you want AI answering customers directly, AI Customer Support Agent is the product for that.
What does the support automation bundle save?
The four parts cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought separately, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. The stack also includes the handoffs between them and 20 joint test scenarios, so a ticket is tagged, routed and drafted in one flow inside your helpdesk.
Which ticket details does classification tag?
Topic, product, urgency and sentiment, using the tag list you provide. Each ticket is tagged as it arrives, so routing can act on it straight away. Tickets the classifier is unsure about go to a person rather than receiving a guessed tag, based on confidence thresholds agreed at intake.
How does routing know which agent should take a ticket?
From the team structure and skills you give us at intake, combined with the tags on each ticket. Routing runs as one workflow of up to 12 steps across up to three connected systems. When a team or skill changes, the rules can be updated under monthly maintenance.
Are drafted help articles published automatically?
No. AI Support Knowledge Agent finds gaps in your help center and drafts articles from resolved tickets, then sends them to one destination for review. A named person on your team approves, edits or rejects each draft before anything appears in the public help center.
How soon can a support team have the stack live?
On a fixed delivery date shown before you pay, with faster Express and Rush options at checkout. The clock starts once helpdesk access, sample tickets and team details from the combined intake have been verified, so sharing those early is the best way to bring the date forward.
How is this stack different from the AI Customer Experience Stack?
This stack is agent-assist only. It tags, routes and drafts inside your helpdesk, and your agents send every reply. The AI Customer Experience Stack is customer-facing. It adds an AI Customer Support Agent that answers customers directly, plus quality reviews and feedback themes. Both include ticket routing, so choose by who should answer customers.
