What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Inbox and calendar admin crowd out time for real decisions
The AI Executive Assistant handles inbox and calendar work through access you approve. Every action it takes is logged, so you can see exactly what was done for you.
Executives walk into meetings without the latest numbers
AI Executive Briefing pulls together what is happening across the business into a regular brief. You start each week knowing the key changes without chasing each team for updates.
Big decisions get made on scattered notes and half-remembered facts
AI Decision Support structures a decision into options, facts and trade-offs from the information you provide. You still make the call, with the reasoning laid out clearly.
Actions agreed in meetings drift without a clear owner
The AI Meeting Agent turns meetings into a list of actions, each with an owner. Follow-ups are visible afterwards, so commitments are less likely to slip quietly.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can return hours each week to strategic work.
- Helps executives arrive at meetings better prepared.
- Makes it easier to track who owns each agreed action.
- Admin time per week
- Estimate weekly hours on email and scheduling from your calendar for two weeks before launch and two weeks a month after.
- Actions closed on time
- Count meeting actions marked done by their due date in your task tool, for the month before and after launch.
- Unanswered emails
- Check the count of emails older than two days without a reply in your inbox, weekly before and after launch.
Before you start: Block out two normal weeks and note time spent on inbox, scheduling and meeting follow-up. Record how many open actions you are carrying today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Can the executive assistant send emails as me?
Only if you allow it. At intake you decide which actions it may take alone, such as declining clashing invites, and which need your approval, such as replying to a client. Every action is recorded in an activity log, so you can see what it did and when.
How does the executive bundle price compare with buying each part?
The four products cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. One shared intake means your priorities, sources and approval rules are set once, so the assistant, briefings, decision support and meeting agent all work from the same picture.
What goes into the daily executive briefing?
The business, market and team signals you choose at intake, from up to three read-only sources such as your CRM, finance tool or project tool. Each briefing is short and lists owners and deadlines where relevant. It arrives on email, Slack or Teams on your schedule.
Does decision support make the decision for me?
No. It structures a decision: the options, the data behind each, and the risks. You decide. It reads its sources read-only, so it cannot act on the choice. The value is having the reasoning written down before, not after, the decision is made.
Which meeting tools does the meeting agent work with?
The tools you already use for meetings and notes, within its Scope Card of up to three connected systems. It captures notes, decisions and action items and routes each action to its owner, for example as a task in your project tool. A fourth system is quoted first.
Can a chief of staff manage the stack for me?
Yes. You can name a chief of staff or assistant as the approver at intake. That person attends the recorded 90-minute handoff session, keeps the combined admin guide and handles changes through monthly maintenance, while you receive the briefings and decisions.
