AI receptionist for small business: calls, bookings and handoffs
What an AI receptionist does on a real call, the rules that apply, a sample greeting and a pass/fail checklist to launch one safely.
Account health scores calculated from your signals and written onto HubSpot company records, where your team already looks.
A health score kept in a separate dashboard gets ignored. This edition calculates account health from HubSpot activity plus one more source, such as billing or product usage, and writes the score straight onto your HubSpot company records. Your team filters views, builds lists and reports on health like any other property, and owners get a note when a score drops.

AI Customer Health Score for HubSpot reads contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes from HubSpot, combines them with one more system such as billing or product usage, and writes each account's health score back to the mapped HubSpot fields. Score drops can log a note for the owner. Write-back is tested on test records first.
Customer success teams already have too many tools, and a new dashboard rarely survives the first busy month. Putting the score on the HubSpot record means it shows up in the views, lists and reports your team uses every day. This edition joins HubSpot activity with the one signal HubSpot cannot see, then tests against your history. A documented field mapping, agreed before the build, makes clear exactly what it reads and writes.
Each account's health score is written back to mapped HubSpot fields. Owners see it on the company record and can filter lists and views by it.
The score reads contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes from HubSpot, then adds one more system such as billing or product usage. Both views feed one number.
When a score drops, a note can be logged on the record for the owner. Up to five alerts also go to your chosen channel. Write-back is tested on test records first.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,250 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,000 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,750 |
Before you start: Export your current health tracker, if any, and recent renewal outcomes from HubSpot. Note which properties owners rely on today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. Running it costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting or scheduling. Your HubSpot subscription is unchanged, and any HubSpot seat or tier upgrade is outside this build.
Usage during the build and testing is billed to your accounts as well.
Ask about running costsCustom HubSpot objects, properties outside the agreed mapping, or a third connected system need a written Change Quote. Add a note at checkout and we send it to you. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

It reads contacts, companies, deals, activities and notes through a two-way connection, and writes the score to the company properties named in your field mapping. The documented mapping, agreed with your admin, defines exactly what is read and what is updated, and nothing outside it is touched.
A HubSpot private app token or OAuth with CRM scopes, plus an admin available for a 30-minute setup call to agree the field mapping. Access is used only for the agreed mapping. Your HubSpot plan stays as it is, and any upgrade HubSpot charges for sits outside this build.
Yes. Because the score is written to a HubSpot company property, your team can filter views, build lists and add it to reports like any other property. How you use it inside HubSpot after launch is up to you, and adding the score to new places needs no extra build work.
Most teams pick the source HubSpot cannot see, usually Stripe for billing or a product analytics tool such as Mixpanel or Amplitude for usage. One more system is included alongside HubSpot. A third system would be quoted separately, or added through an integration add-on.
Each delivery speed has one fixed price. The price panel shows standard, express and rush side by side before you pay, and the cart confirms your delivery date. Running costs of roughly $20 to $150 a month are separate and paid to your own providers.
Yes. Write-back is tested on sandbox or test records first, and you receive a test report. Scores are also back-tested against three months of history before launch. You then have two rounds of changes to adjust the mapping or weighting before go-live.
