Lead Generation

AI Sales Agent

One conversational agent qualifies, nurtures and books, then hands only sales-ready deals to a rep to close.

Most leads are not ready to buy on day one, and reps rarely have time to nurture them properly. This agent holds the whole early conversation: it qualifies new leads, answers questions, handles common objections, keeps nurturing the ones who are not ready, and hands sales-ready deals to a rep with the full context attached. Your reps close, and the agent does the rest.

  • Qualification, nurture and objection handling in one conversation
  • Only sales-ready deals handed to reps, with full context
  • Leads who are not ready yet nurtured until the timing is right

What it is

AI Sales Agent holds full qualifying conversations with leads across your chosen channel, nurtures the ones not ready yet, and hands sales-ready deals to a rep with context attached. It works inside your CRM and calendar, so every conversation, score and handoff is visible to your team from day one.

Why businesses buy it

Reps split their time between closing and chasing, and closing always wins, so many early-stage leads go cold. Hiring more people to nurture them is slow and expensive. This agent takes the whole early conversation, keeps every lead warm until it is ready, and hands over deals that are worth a rep's time. Your pipeline gets fuller without your team getting bigger. The written scope fixes the channel, connected systems and workflows before you order, so the build stays focused and predictable.

Problems this solves

New leads arrive faster than reps can qualify them

The agent holds full qualifying conversations on your chosen channel. It works through your questions with every lead, so reps no longer need to triage each new enquiry by hand.

Leads not ready to buy are dropped instead of nurtured

Leads who are not ready yet stay in nurture under your workflows. The agent keeps the conversation going, so they are not forgotten when the timing improves.

Reps receive handoffs with no context and start from zero

Sales-ready deals are handed to a rep with the conversation and score attached. The rep can pick up where the agent left off instead of repeating questions.

Managers cannot see what happened before a deal reached sales

The agent works inside your CRM and calendar rather than a separate tool. Every conversation, score and handoff is visible to the team from day one.

A good fit if

You want one agent to carry a lead from first contact through qualification and nurture, rather than stitching together separate tools for each step.
Your sales motion has leads at different readiness levels, and you want ongoing nurture for the ones not ready to buy yet, not just a single touch.
You have a defined playbook for qualification, objection responses and when a deal is genuinely sales-ready, and want it applied consistently.
Reps are spending time on leads that are not ready, and you want only sales-ready deals reaching their calendar.

Not the right fit if

You only need inbound leads scored after one short conversation, without weeks of nurture or a deal handover. See AI Lead Qualification Agent.
You only need one narrow step, such as booking calendar time from already-interested replies. See AI Meeting Booking Agent, a smaller build for that single job.
Your need is qualifying inbound chat and email leads specifically, not a broader ongoing nurture motion. See AI Appointment Setter.
Budget is the main constraint and drafted email replies for reps to send would solve most of the problem. See AI Sales Email Agent.
You need this running across more than two connected systems or more than six workflows. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote, or use the Custom AI request form for larger or bespoke projects.

How it works

  1. We load your full playbook: qualification criteria, common objections and their responses, and the definition of a sales-ready deal.
  2. The agent engages each lead in conversation across your chosen channel, asking questions and adjusting based on what the lead says, not a fixed script.
  3. Objections and hesitations are handled using your playbook's responses, and leads not yet ready are moved into an ongoing nurture cadence rather than dropped.
  4. As a lead's answers meet your sales-ready criteria, the agent flags the deal and hands it to the right rep with a summary of the conversation attached.
  5. Anything outside your approval rules, including any commitment that needs a person's judgment, is held rather than sent.
  6. Every conversation, qualification decision and handoff is logged in the CRM, so reps inherit full context instead of a cold lead.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Admin or API access to your CRM and the channel the agent should use, sandbox or test records if available.
  • Your full playbook: qualification criteria, common objections and how you want them handled, and your definition of sales-ready.
  • Ten real sample conversations or emails so the agent's tone and judgment match how your best reps actually sell.
  • The name of the person who approves handoffs or commitments the playbook does not clearly cover.
  • Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake.
  • Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
  • One decision-maker who can confirm the qualification and handoff rules before we build.
  • An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can make sure every new lead gets a qualifying conversation.
  • Helps reps start sales calls already knowing the lead's situation.
  • Keeps not-yet-ready leads in touch until they are.
Leads qualified per week
From your CRM, compare leads with a completed qualification for the month before launch and the month after.
Lead-to-opportunity rate
Compare opportunities created with new leads, using CRM reports, for matching periods before and after.
Nurtured leads that return
Count leads moved from nurture to sales-ready in the CRM over a quarter, against the previous quarter.

Before you start: Record last month's new leads, how many were qualified and how many became opportunities. Note what happens to leads that are not ready.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

You pay once for the build. Running it costs roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of your existing CRM and channel plans. Because this agent carries longer, multi-turn conversations and ongoing nurture, usage sits toward the higher end of that range for most active sales teams.

AI usage during build and testing is also billed to your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.

Custom requirements

If you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order keeps its delivery date either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

Because this build carries the most conversation logic in the range, monthly maintenance matters here: monitoring, fixes and change hours for new objection responses, updated qualification criteria or nurture cadence changes. It starts after the 30 days of included support and can be cancelled any month.

$295/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)

Questions about this product

How much does the AI Sales Agent cost?

One fixed price, shown in the price panel next to this page before you order. It covers qualification, nurture, objection handling and handoff logic, the CRM and calendar connections, 50 test scenarios, two rounds of changes and the recorded 60-minute handoff. Express and rush delivery are available at a set uplift, with no per-conversation fees from us.

How is this different from a chatbot?

It carries a multi-turn conversation using your qualification criteria and objection playbook, adjusts based on what the lead actually says, and only hands off deals that meet your sales-ready definition, rather than following one scripted path regardless of the reply.

What happens to leads who are not ready yet?

They move into an ongoing nurture cadence instead of being dropped, so reps only see deals once they meet the criteria you set, and no lead is abandoned just because it did not qualify on the first pass. That distinction is what keeps reps focused only on deals worth their time.

What should I budget for monthly running costs?

Roughly $50 to $250 a month in AI model usage and hosting, on top of your existing CRM and channel plans, though active use of the nurture and qualification logic tends to push usage toward the higher end of that range.

Can it commit to pricing or terms on its own?

No. Anything outside your approval rules, including any commitment that needs a person's judgment, is held rather than agreed to on the call. You set those limits during intake, and they apply to every conversation. That boundary protects you from a conversation committing to something unintended.

What context does a rep get when a deal is handed off?

A summary of the full conversation, the qualification criteria it met, and the objections already handled, all logged in the CRM against the deal, so the rep starts the next conversation with full context instead of a cold lead. That context is what makes the handoff feel warm rather than cold.

Can I change the playbook after launch?

Yes. Two rounds of changes are included before launch, covering qualification logic and objection responses, and monthly maintenance covers ongoing updates once the agent is live. Larger rewrites of the playbook are scoped separately as a Change Quote. Maintenance includes monitoring, fixes and change hours for new objection responses or nurture cadence changes.

Who owns the conversations and CRM data?

You do. It runs inside your own CRM and channel accounts, so every conversation, deal record, nurture history and AI provider relationship stays in your name, not tied to a platform we control. None of it is retained separately by us once the build is delivered.

Only see the deals that are actually ready to close.

Order the AI Sales Agent and your reps only see the deals that are ready to close, with every earlier conversation already handled.
