AI Training Content Generator for Logistics
Turns source material into structured lessons, adapted for Logistics businesses that need to train warehouse staff and drivers on procedures and safety.
Each learner's next module or resource chosen from their own progress and scores, not a fixed sequence.
Learners on the same course rarely move at the same pace, yet a fixed sequence gives them all the same next step. AI Learning Content Personalization reads each learner's progress and quiz results and recommends the next module or resource that fits their level. Educators see who needs extra support, and your team decides the rules behind every recommendation.

AI Learning Content Personalization reads a learner's progress, scores and engagement data and decides which content or learning path they see next, ahead of a fixed one-size-fits-all sequence. It recommends the path; it does not report on the wider program.
A fixed sequence bores stronger learners and loses weaker ones, and educators rarely have time to plan individual paths by hand. The result is lower completion and support that arrives too late. This build reads the progress data you already have and suggests the right next step for each learner or group, following rules your team sets. The Scope Card sets the data sources, metrics and outputs in writing before you order, so you know exactly what it reads and what it recommends.
The build reads each learner's progress, scores and engagement data. It then recommends which content or learning path they see next, in place of one fixed sequence.
Recommendations follow rules and metrics defined during setup, up to 25 in total. Educators get a suggested path for each learner rather than building one by hand.
Up to five alerts flag learners whose data crosses a threshold you set. Recommendations reach staff through one channel, such as email, Slack or a dashboard.
Recommendations are checked against three months of your historical data before launch. The data sources are read-only, so learner records are not changed. You can see how it behaves first.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Record completion and assessment scores for your last cohort, split by learners' starting level if you can.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs: roughly $20 to $150 a month.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Learning Content Personalization we recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes, and monthly change hours, enough for a rule change between terms. Maintenance starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | An adaptive-learning platform charges a per-learner subscription regardless of use | An EdTech consultancy quotes per program after scoping | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | An adaptive platform uses its own built-in content library and rules | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is built to your own content and rules, on the Scope Card |
| Recommendations | Most platforms recommend from content already loaded in that platform only | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours reads your own systems and recommends across them |
| Delivery | An adaptive platform requires migrating content into its own format first | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The build is a one-time fixed price, shown in the price panel on this page next to each delivery speed. It covers read-only connections to your learning data, the recommendation rules, delivery to one channel, alerts for learners who need support and the review rounds on the Scope Card. There is no charge per recommendation afterwards. AI usage and hosting run in your own accounts.
The delivery time is fixed before you buy and shown in the delivery panel on this page, with faster speeds alongside. It starts once read-only access to your LMS and quiz data is verified and your recommendation rules are agreed. Most of the build goes into testing recommendations against real learner histories, so your educators can check they make sense before launch.
AI Training Analytics reports on the whole program's numbers for people to read, such as completion rates and average scores. AI Learning Content Personalization instead uses similar data to decide what an individual learner should see next. They work well together: Analytics gives you the program view, while Personalization handles individual learning paths. Choose based on which problem you need solved first.
It needs read-only access to up to three data sources holding progress, score and engagement data, commonly an LMS such as Canvas or Moodle, a quiz results store or a cohort tracker, plus at least three months of history to validate the recommendation rules. It writes no records back to those systems during this scope.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs. Programs with more data sources or more frequent recommendation cycles sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes, within limits. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most rule adjustments happen before launch based on the historical validation. After that, a rule change within the 25-metric limit fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance, and a fourth data source comes as a quoted add-on.
No. It produces a recommendation feed for the channel you chose, email, Slack or a web dashboard, typically read by instructors or fed into your LMS's own delivery mechanism. It does not run a chat interface with learners itself; for that, AI Knowledge Tutor provides direct guided interaction.
You do. Every data connection stays read-only, and the underlying records remain in your own LMS, tracker or HR system throughout the build and afterwards; we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the recommendation and alert logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support.
Order AI Learning Content Personalization and it starts recommending each learner's next step on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
