AI Training Content Generator for Logistics
Turns source material into structured lessons, adapted for Logistics businesses that need to train warehouse staff and drivers on procedures and safety.
Completion rates, scores and engagement pulled into one recurring report, with alerts when a metric slips.
Training data usually sits in your LMS, a spreadsheet and a quiz tool, so nobody sees the full picture until someone builds a report by hand. AI Training Analytics pulls it together into one recurring dashboard or report on completion, scores and weak topics, and alerts you when a learner stalls or a metric slips. It only reads your data and never changes it.

AI Training Analytics reads your LMS and related systems and reports on completion rates, assessment scores and engagement, in a recurring dashboard or report with alerts when a metric crosses a threshold. It reports on training data; it does not talk to learners directly.
Without a clear view of progress, problems surface late: a cohort falls behind, a module confuses everyone, a client asks for completion figures and someone spends a day in spreadsheets. This build reads your existing systems and delivers the same report on a schedule, with alerts when something crosses a threshold you set. Your team spends time acting on the numbers instead of assembling them. The Scope Card fixes the data sources, metrics and alerts in writing, so you know exactly what you will see.
The analytics build reads your LMS and up to two other sources, read-only. It reports completion rates, assessment scores and engagement in one recurring dashboard or report.
Up to five alerts warn you when a metric crosses a threshold you set. You can step in while learners are still enrolled. Alerts arrive through your chosen channel.
If reports are built from spreadsheets today, the build produces them on a schedule. Up to 25 defined metrics or recurring questions are tracked for you.
Each metric is defined once during setup, then used every time. Results are checked against three months of your historical data before launch. Everyone works from the same definitions.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $4,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $5,150 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,950 |
Before you start: Record how long your current reports take to build and the completion rates they show today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs: roughly $20 to $150 a month.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Training Analytics, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a monthly health report and change hours for a new metric or a threshold change between terms. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | An LMS's built-in reporting is included but rarely covers every source | An analytics consultancy quotes per dashboard after scoping | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | Built-in LMS reports use the platform's own metric definitions | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is built to your metric definitions, written on the Scope Card |
| Alerts | Most LMS dashboards require someone to check them manually | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours sends up to five alerts when a metric crosses your threshold |
| Delivery | Built-in reporting is available immediately but fixed in format | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The build is a one-time fixed price, shown in the price panel on this page next to each delivery speed. It covers read-only connections to your data sources, the defined metrics, one dashboard or recurring report, up to five alerts and the review rounds listed on the Scope Card. There is no charge from us per report once it is running. AI usage and hosting sit in your accounts.
The delivery time is fixed before you buy and shown in the delivery panel on this page, with faster speeds alongside. The clock starts once read-only access to your LMS and other sources is verified and your metrics are agreed. Most of the build goes into checking every figure against your own records, so the first report you receive matches the numbers your team already trusts.
It can connect to up to three read-only sources, commonly an LMS such as Canvas or Moodle, a cohort tracking spreadsheet, or an HR system, reading completion, score and engagement data without writing anything back. Tell us your specific systems during intake so we can confirm each one supports the read-only access this build needs.
Every metric is defined precisely with your team before anything is built, then checked against at least three months of your historical data so the calculations match what you already know to be true. Nothing is reported until you have confirmed the numbers line up with figures you have seen before from your own systems.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $20 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting or scheduler costs. Programs with more data sources or more frequent reports sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes, within limits. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most metric adjustments happen before launch based on the historical validation. After that, a new metric within the 25-metric limit fits inside the monthly change hours in maintenance, and a fourth data source comes as a quoted add-on.
No. AI Training Analytics reports on what already happened, completion, scores, engagement, for a person to read and act on. AI Learning Content Personalization instead uses similar data to decide automatically what a specific learner should see next. Choose Analytics for reporting and Personalization for automated learning-path decisions.
You do. Every data connection stays read-only, and the underlying records remain in your own LMS, tracker or HR system throughout the build and afterwards; we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the dashboard and alert logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support.
Order AI Training Analytics and it starts reporting on completion, scores and engagement on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
