AI Training Content Generator for Logistics
Turns source material into structured lessons, adapted for Logistics businesses that need to train warehouse staff and drivers on procedures and safety.
Student questions about one course's content, schedule and logistics answered instantly, day or night, from your own materials.
Students ask the same things every week: when is the assignment due, where is the recording, what does this part of the syllabus cover. This assistant answers those questions about one course at any hour, using only the materials and FAQs you approve. Anything outside that scope goes to a real person by email or your helpdesk, so nobody is left waiting.

AI Course Assistant answers a student's questions about one course, syllabus content, assignment deadlines, session times, where to find a recording, using only the materials and FAQs you approve. It hands anything outside that scope to a real person by email or helpdesk.
Instructors and course coordinators spend a surprising share of their week answering logistics questions that are already in the syllabus. Students waiting on those answers fall behind or lose interest. This assistant gives learners an immediate, accurate answer from your own materials and sends the real issues to your team, so instructors can focus on teaching. Because it only uses content you approve, it never makes up a deadline or a policy. The Scope Card sets out the channel, the content limit and the five intents in writing before you order.
The course assistant answers questions about assignment deadlines, session times and syllabus content for one course. Students check with it first, so instructors stop answering the same message repeatedly.
The assistant points students to recordings and resources using the materials you approve, up to a hundred documents or two hundred pages. Students find what they need without emailing staff.
The assistant uses only the materials and FAQs you approve, across up to five intents. Anything outside that scope goes to a real person by email or through your helpdesk.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Tally a term's student emails by topic. Note how much instructor time goes to course admin questions.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, and for a course assistant that mostly means AI model usage and hosting: roughly $30 to $150 a month depending on how many students ask questions.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Course Assistant, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and monthly hours for changes, enough for a new term's schedule or updated FAQs. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A generic helpdesk chatbot charges per seat and knows nothing about your course | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generic chatbot answers from whatever content it can find, not your syllabus | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A generic chatbot is live the day you subscribe, with no course materials loaded | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Handoff | A generic chatbot leaves an unanswered question to sit unresolved | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours hands off to a real person by email or helpdesk |
It is one fixed build price, paid once, and the price and delivery panel on this page shows it for each delivery speed. It covers the Scope Card: one channel such as a website widget or Teams, up to 100 documents or 200 web pages of course material, five intents plus handoff by email or helpdesk, testing and a recorded handoff. There is no charge per question answered.
Each delivery speed has a fixed time, listed in the price and delivery panel on this page, counted from when intake is complete and access is verified. Sending the syllabus, handbook, session schedule and your most common student questions during intake keeps the date. We test the assistant against real questions from past students before it goes live.
We need the documents or website URLs the assistant should learn from, up to 100 documents or 200 web pages, plus your top 20 FAQs with the answers you want used. Website admin access to install the widget is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email, and one person on your side approves the content before launch.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $30 to $150 a month for AI model usage and hosting. Courses with more enrolled students asking questions sit toward the higher end. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most adjustments to FAQs or materials happen before launch based on the 40 test questions. After that, updates for a new term's schedule or readings fit inside the monthly change hours in maintenance, and expanding past 100 documents comes as a quoted add-on.
It can connect to systems such as Moodle or Canvas, a student CRM, email or WhatsApp, up to the one handoff integration included in this build. It does not require an LMS connection to work; documents and FAQs uploaded directly are enough to answer most course questions, with the LMS link added when it is genuinely useful.
Not as built. This assistant is scoped to one course's own content, schedule and logistics for students already enrolled, not prospective-student admissions questions, which follow different policies and often a different team. If you need an admissions assistant as well, talk to us through the Custom AI enquiry form about what a second build would look like.
You do. Every document, FAQ and conversation log stays under your own account and hosting throughout the build and afterwards; we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the answer and handoff logic, hand over an admin guide and a recorded session, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support that follow.
Order AI Course Assistant and it starts answering student questions about your course on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
