AI Document Extraction for Recruitment
Extracts structured data from documents into your systems, adapted for Recruitment businesses that key candidate CVs and compliance documents into their ATS…
Every incoming document is captured through one route, filed correctly, and accounted for, with nothing lost in an inbox.
Documents arrive by email, by upload and as scans, and some quietly disappear into an inbox. This build gives every incoming document one route. It captures each file automatically, logs the sender, filename, arrival time and type, and files it into the system you choose using your naming rules. Anything it cannot file goes to a review queue, never lost.

AI Document Intake captures every document that arrives through the one route you choose, an email inbox or an upload folder, and files it into your destination system automatically, before any sorting or data extraction happens. Each file is logged with its sender, filename and arrival time, so nothing goes unaccounted for.
Lost or misfiled documents cost more than the time spent looking for them. A missed invoice means a late fee, a missing form holds up a customer, and nobody can prove what arrived when. Forwarding and re-saving files by hand is exactly the kind of work that slips on a busy day. This build captures every document and leaves a record, so later steps like classification and extraction start from an organized base. The written scope fixes the route, rules and systems before you order.
Document Intake captures every file arriving through your chosen route, an email inbox or an upload folder. It files each one into your destination system automatically.
Every file is logged with its sender, filename and arrival time. If someone asks whether a document came in, the log answers it in seconds.
Validation rules check incoming files, and anything that does not fit goes to a human review queue. Routine documents keep moving while a person handles the odd ones.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $3,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $4,600 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $5,250 |
Before you start: Count documents arriving per week and note how they are filed today. Record how long filing takes and any recent lost-document cases.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running Document Intake costs roughly $30 to $200 a month in your own accounts, covering OCR and AI usage plus storage, and the figure moves with how many document pages arrive each month.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts too, so every provider relationship stays in your name, not ours.
Ask about running costsIf you need a second intake route or more document types than the Scope Card lists, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a health report and change hours each month, enough to add a filing rule or adjust how a document type is recognized. It starts after the 30 days of support end, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A document-capture SaaS charges per page or per user every month | A custom agency quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A document-capture SaaS is a general tool you configure yourself | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Delivery | A document-capture SaaS is live once you finish setting up routing rules | An agency build usually takes several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Unreadable files | A document-capture SaaS often drops or silently skips them | An agency build depends on what was scoped | Ours holds them in a review queue instead of dropping them |
One fixed price covers everything on the Scope Card: the intake route, the filing rules, the review queue for anything that cannot be filed, and the 100-document accuracy report before launch. The price panel on this page shows that figure at each delivery speed. It is confirmed once your Scope Card is agreed, so nothing changes after you order.
Just capture and file it. Intake logs the sender, filename and arrival time, then files the document into your destination system using the rules you set. Reading structured fields out of the content is a separate stage: see AI Document Extraction, built specifically for pulling data once a document is already captured and filed.
The standard build covers one intake route, either an email inbox or an upload folder, chosen during setup. If you need both, add a note at checkout and you receive a written Change Quote before any extra work starts. Many teams start with the inbox, since that is where most documents already arrive, and add the folder later.
Roughly $30 to $200 a month in your own accounts, covering OCR and AI usage plus storage. The figure scales with how many document pages arrive each month, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one. There is no per-document fee from us, and monthly maintenance is optional.
It's held in a review queue rather than dropped or misfiled. An unreadable scan, an unexpected file type, or a document that doesn't match your naming rules lands there for the person you named to check by hand. Nothing that arrives through the connected intake route disappears without a record of it.
Yes. Every credential and connected account is shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control during setup, never by email, and documents move only between the intake route and destination system you connected. Nothing is shared outside those systems, and sensitive files can be redacted in your sample set before we ever see them ourselves.
The delivery time for each speed is shown in the panel on this page, counted from the day your intake is complete and access is verified. Most of that time goes into setting the filing rules and testing them on your own sample documents, so sending samples promptly is the best way to keep launch on schedule.
Yes. Document Intake is built as the first stage, so AI Document Classification and AI Document Extraction connect cleanly once documents are already captured and filed. Each is its own fixed-price build; ordering Intake first doesn't discount them, but it does mean the later stages start from documents that are already organized.
Order AI Document Intake and it captures and files every incoming document on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
