AI Brand Compliance Creative System
Enforces brand rules across all generated and uploaded creative.
Every creative asset checked against brand, size and text rules before it ships, with a clear pass or fail on each one.
A wrong logo version, a missing disclaimer or an ad sized for the wrong placement can undo good creative work. AI Creative QA checks everything your team or agency produces against your brand rules, channel sizes and required text before it goes live. Each asset comes back as a clear pass, or a fail with the exact rule it broke.

AI Creative QA reviews creative that your team or your other tools have already made, checking each asset against your brand rules, channel sizes and required text before anything goes live. It flags what fails, explains why, and passes through what is clean.
Creative review usually depends on whoever has time, and tired reviewers miss small things. Those small things, a missing disclaimer or an outdated logo, become public mistakes or rejected ads. This build gives every asset the same written check before release, so reviewers focus on the few that fail. Designers and agencies get specific feedback rather than vague notes. The Scope Card sets the rules, the sample review round and the destination before you order, so the standard is agreed before anything is checked.
Every asset your team or other tools produce is checked against your brand rules before going live. Anything off-brand is flagged with a clear reason.
Channel sizes are part of the check. Assets that do not fit their placement are caught before upload, rather than after a platform rejects them.
Required text is checked on each asset. If a disclaimer or mandatory line is missing, the asset is flagged and explained so it can be fixed.
Clean assets pass through automatically, and only failures need a person's attention. Reviewers can focus on fixes instead of checking every single file by eye.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $1,900 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $2,300 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $2,650 |
Before you start: Record recent platform rejections and brand corrections. Note how long manual review takes for a typical batch.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running this check after launch costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage, depending on how many assets pass through review. A team reviewing a modest weekly batch sits at the low end of that range.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf the review needs to cover more than the Scope Card allows, tell us at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, work only starts once you accept it, and your original order keeps its own delivery date regardless. Larger or bespoke projects use the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionMonthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and small updates to the rule set as your guidelines change. It starts after the 30 days of post-launch support and can be cancelled any month.
$249/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A brand-check tool charges per seat regardless of volume | An agency review is billed by the hour | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A brand-check tool applies generic rules you configure yourself | An agency review depends on who is assigned | Ours is built from your own guidelines and examples |
| Delivery | A brand-check tool is instant but needs manual setup | An agency review typically takes a couple of weeks to establish | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Consistency | A brand-check tool depends on whoever configured it | An agency review varies by reviewer and by day | Ours applies the same checklist to every asset |
| Result format | A brand-check tool often returns a vague score | An agency review depends on what was agreed | Ours returns a pass or a specific, named failure |
One fixed price covers building your brand, sizing and text checklist and running reviews against one destination. There is no per-asset review fee on top. You see that price, with standard and faster delivery options, in the panel on this page before you order, so it is never estimated after you describe your process.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the panel on this page. It runs from the day your intake is complete and access to your drive or CMS is verified. Most of the preparation is gathering your brand guidelines, required sizes, mandatory text and up to twenty reference examples.
It checks work, it does not create it. Creative your team, an agency or another Upmark system produces still gets made the same way; this build adds a consistent pass or fail checkpoint before that creative ships, catching wrong sizes, missing text or off-brand choices before they reach customers.
Each failed asset comes back with the specific reason, such as an incorrect logo version, a missing required disclaimer, or the wrong dimensions for its channel, rather than a generic quality score. That makes it clear what to fix and resubmit, instead of guessing at what the reviewer meant.
Expect roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model usage, which scales with how many assets pass through review rather than a flat subscription fee. A team checking a modest weekly batch of creative usually sits toward the lower end of that range. Heavier review volumes during a launch or a rebrand naturally push toward the higher end of that range for the months it takes.
Yes, within the build the 2 rounds of revisions let you adjust the checklist as you refine it against real examples. After launch, updating the rule set for a new logo version or new required text is exactly the kind of change monthly maintenance is built to cover.
You do. The rule set built from your guidelines, and every pass or fail decision it produces, belongs to you once delivered. We do not reuse your brand guidelines, your reference examples or your review history for any other customer's checklist. That includes the right to export the rule set or move it to another reviewer at any point, with no ongoing license fee attached.
You have five working days after delivery to flag results that do not match what you intended, and we correct the checklist as part of the original build price, not a paid Change Quote. Beyond that window, tuning the rules further runs through monthly maintenance instead. Most early adjustments are small threshold changes, such as how strictly a logo variant or a disclaimer wording is matched, not a rebuild of the rules.
Order AI Creative QA and it is checking real assets against your rules on a fixed delivery date, with a clear pass or fail on every one.
