AI Creative QA
A pre-release checklist for creative: sizes, required text and brand basics, with a pass or fail per asset.
A full campaign's creative set, generated from one brief and delivered in every format your campaign needs.
A campaign falls apart when the ad, the banner and the email header look like three different ideas. This system takes one creative brief and produces the matching set, in up to three formats, from your brand profile and reference examples. You review real sample outputs before the full set is finished, and every asset passes a brand check before delivery.

AI Campaign Creative System takes one creative brief and produces the matching set of assets a single campaign needs, across up to three output formats such as a social ad, a banner and an email header. It works from your brand profile and reference examples, then checks output against your rules first.
Campaign creative usually gets made piece by piece, often by different people, and the set only comes together at the last minute. Inconsistent visuals weaken the message, and late assets push back the launch. This system builds every format from the same brief, so the campaign looks coordinated from the start and your team reviews samples instead of chasing files. The Scope Card fixes the formats, reference set and destination before you order, so the output and the limits are clear.
From one creative brief, the system produces the matching set a campaign needs. Up to three formats, such as a social ad, banner and email header, share the same look.
You write one brief and the system produces each format from it. There is no need to brief a designer separately for every size or channel.
Output is checked against your rules before anything is released. Your brand profile and reference examples shape every asset in the set from the start.
If the brief changes, the set can be generated again from the updated version. Every format updates together rather than being fixed one at a time.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,400 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,200 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,000 |
Before you start: For your last few campaigns, note how long the assets took and how many revision rounds they needed.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running this system after launch costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model or media-generation usage, depending on how many assets you generate. A single campaign with a modest set of formats sits at the low end of that range.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship.
Ask about running costsAnything past the Scope Card is not silent extra work, it is a written Change Quote. Add a note at checkout and you will have it, with your original order still running on schedule while you decide. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor this system, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and platform updates, a monthly health report and enough hours to run a new campaign brief through the same pipeline. It starts after the 30 days of post-launch support and can be cancelled any month.
$270/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A generation tool charges monthly per seat or credit pack | An agency quotes a campaign after a briefing round | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generation tool leaves format matching to you | An agency scope is agreed project by project | Ours is written on the Scope Card, one brief, up to 3 formats |
| Delivery | A generation tool is instant but untrained on your brand | An agency campaign usually takes several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Review step | A generation tool ships whatever you generate | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours reviews 25 sample outputs with you first |
| Consistency across formats | A generation tool treats each format as a separate job | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours generates every format from one brief |
The build has one fixed price, shown with each delivery speed in the panel on this page, and you see it before you buy rather than after a briefing call. There is no per-asset or per-credit charge on top. After launch, image generation is billed by your AI provider in your own account, not by us.
Delivery time is fixed for each speed and shown in the panel on this page. It is counted from the day your intake is complete and access is verified, so the brief, brand profile and up to twenty reference examples should come in early. If a launch date is close, a faster option is listed there too.
Yes, up to three output formats are included, for example a social ad, a banner and an email header, all generated from the one brief you submit. Because they share the same brand profile and reference set, the formats read as one campaign rather than separate, disconnected pieces.
Expect roughly $20 to $150 a month in AI model or media-generation usage, scaling with how many assets you actually produce. A single active campaign usually sits toward the lower end. Monthly maintenance is separate and optional, if you want ongoing hands-on changes.
That is what the 25 sample outputs and the 2 rounds of revisions are for. You see real generated examples partway through the build, before the full set is finished, and can redirect the style, tone or composition at that point without it counting as extra work. If the direction still is not right after two rounds, we keep refining the brief with you rather than closing the build out unfinished.
This build covers one generation pipeline for one campaign brief at a time. A second campaign with a new brief and new reference examples is a separate order, though monthly maintenance can cover smaller adjustments to formats you already have running. Many buyers find a second order reuses much of the intake, since the brand profile and reference examples rarely need to be rebuilt from nothing.
You do, in full. Every asset the system generates for your campaign, along with the pipeline configuration built to produce it, belongs to you once delivered. We do not reuse your brand profile, your reference examples or your finished creative for any other customer. That includes the right to reuse, edit or move any asset to another provider at any point after delivery, with no ongoing license fee attached.
You have five working days after delivery to flag anything that does not match the Scope Card, and that gets fixed as part of the original build price, not as a paid Change Quote. After that window, adjustments run through monthly maintenance instead. Most fixes at that stage are small adjustments to sizing, wording or a single asset, not a rebuild of the whole campaign set.
Order the AI Campaign Creative System and your formats are ready on a fixed delivery date, generated from one brief and checked against your brand.
