AI Ecommerce Creative System
Product shots, lifestyle scenes, ad variants and catalog imagery, produced from one brand system and sized for every channel you sell on.
Selling on several channels means producing product shots, lifestyle scenes, ad sets and listing images that all need to look like the same brand. This system turns your guidelines and real product photos into all of them from one brief, sized for each channel. Every asset passes a brand check first, and finished files land in the tools your team already uses.
- Product, lifestyle and ad imagery from one shared brief
- Correct sizes for each channel produced in the same batch
- Every asset brand-checked before it reaches your store or ads

What it is
AI Ecommerce Creative System is a single production line that turns your brand assets into product photography, lifestyle scenes, ad variants and catalog imagery for every channel you sell on. It works from your real brand guidelines and product photos, batches sizes automatically, and runs a creative QA check before anything ships.
Why businesses buy it
Ecommerce brands often juggle a photographer, a designer and an ad agency, each producing imagery in a slightly different style. Seasonal launches stall while files are resized and reformatted for every channel. This system puts that production on one line, driven by your own guidelines, so a restock or a campaign gets its full imagery set together. The Scope Card lists the channels, connected systems and workflows before you order, so you know exactly what the system covers and where its limits sit.
Problems this solves
Product photos, ads and catalog images come from separate suppliers
One production line turns your brand assets into product photography, lifestyle scenes, ad variants and catalog imagery. Everything comes from the same source and the same rules.
Each sales channel needs its own sizes and nobody keeps track
The system batches sizes automatically for the channels in scope. Up to ten connected workflows cover the image types each channel needs, across up to four connected systems.
Creative drifts from your guidelines as more people produce it
Work is generated from your real brand guidelines and product photos. A creative QA check runs before anything ships, so off-brand output is caught early.
Product launches are held up waiting on creative
New products move through one system from photo to finished assets. Lifestyle, ad and catalog images can be ready together, so a launch is not held up by one missing piece.

How it works
- Your brand system is loaded. Brand guidelines, example creatives and real product imagery from Shopify or your drive become the reference set everything else is checked against.
- Requests come in by channel. A listing image, an ad set or a social post is specified with its size and volume, and the system picks the right style for that destination.
- Assets are generated in batch. Product shots, lifestyle scenes and ad variants are produced together from one source brief, sized correctly for each channel.
- Creative QA runs before release. Every asset is checked against your brand rules, then flagged, fixed or approved rather than shipped blind.
- Approved creative lands where you work. Finished files sync to Google Drive, Dropbox, Shopify, Canva or your ad accounts, ready to publish.
- Everything stays traceable. You can see which brief produced which asset, and reuse the same brief the next time you restock or launch.
What you provide within 72 hours
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
- Your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake, completed once and reused across every Upmark build you run.
- Brand guidelines and a set of example creatives that show the look you want matched.
- Real product photography for the items you want featured, not stock imagery.
- The exact channel sizes and volumes you need, for example how many social variants per launch.
- A named owner for each connected system, plus the KPIs you want the system to move.
- Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
- One decision-maker who can approve the finished creative system before it goes live.
- An API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Your ecommerce creative can come from one consistent source.
- Launches can have every image type ready together.
- Your team can manage creative without juggling several suppliers.
- Assets per product launch
- Count finished images per new product across your destination systems.
- Time from new product to full creative set
- Log the dates for a sample of launches before and after the system goes live.
- Creative QA failures
- Track how many assets fail the QA check each month.
Before you start: Record how many images each launch needs, where they come from and how long they take. Note your current creative suppliers and what you spend.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running costs
Running this system costs roughly $100 to $500 a month, covering the AI usage behind every batch plus the connected tools you already pay for, such as your ad accounts or Canva. Cost moves with how much you produce, not with anything we charge on top.
AI usage during the build and testing period is billed the same way, directly in your own accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours.

Questions about this product
How much does the AI Ecommerce Creative System cost to set up?
One fixed price covers the full production line: product, lifestyle and ad imagery, batch sizing per channel, and the creative QA check that runs before anything ships. You see that price, with standard and faster delivery options, in the panel on this page before you order. Anything beyond the Scope Card is quoted in writing before work starts.
How fast can the ecommerce creative system go live?
The delivery time for each speed is shown in the panel on this page, and it is fixed before you buy. The clock starts once your brand guidelines, example creatives and product imagery are in and system access is verified. Sending those quickly is the best way to protect a launch date, such as a seasonal campaign.
Does it work with our existing product photos, or generate everything from scratch?
It works from your real product photography and brand guidelines, not stock imagery or invented products. Those become the reference set the system draws from when it produces lifestyle scenes and ad variants, so results stay recognisably your brand rather than generic AI output. We do not substitute AI-generated products or invented packaging for your real items at any point in the process.
What happens if a generated asset does not match our brand?
Every asset runs through a creative QA check against your brand rules before release, so most mismatches are caught before you ever see them. Anything that still looks off during your review is covered by the 3 rounds of revisions built into the price, at no extra cost.
How much does it cost to run each month after launch?
Expect roughly $100 to $500 a month, covering AI usage for each batch plus whatever tools you already pay for, such as your ad accounts. That cost scales with how much creative you actually produce. Monthly maintenance is separate and entirely optional. It is not part of the build price, and you can cancel it in any month you no longer need it.
Can we add more channels or systems later?
Yes. The build covers up to 2 channels and up to 4 connected systems at launch, which fits most single-brand stores. Extra channels, systems or workflows are available as add-ons priced separately, so your original scope and price never change without your agreement. Adding one is a scoped, quoted add-on rather than a renegotiation of the whole build, so your existing setup keeps running unchanged while it is added.
Who owns the imagery this system produces?
You do. Every asset it generates, and the brand system built to produce it, belongs to you once delivered, the same as creative from any agency or in-house designer would. We keep no rights to reuse your product photography, your brand guidelines or the output for any other client.
What if the system is not producing what we expected after launch?
You have five working days after delivery to flag anything that does not match the Scope Card, and we fix that as part of the original price rather than a paid Change Quote. Beyond that window, monthly maintenance covers ongoing adjustments as your catalog and campaigns change.
Stop rebuilding the same creative brief for every channel.
Order the AI Ecommerce Creative System and it goes live on a fixed delivery date. The Scope Card above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
