How it works: from order to a working system

Buying an AI system, website or marketing service here works like buying anything else online. You see the fixed price and the written scope first, pay, send us what the product needs, and follow every step in your client panel. This page walks through each step, who does what, and what happens after launch.

The eight steps

Steps marked “You” need something from you. Everything else is our work, and your client panel shows which step your order is on.

1

Choose a product

Browse the store or search in your own words, then read the product’s Scope Card: the channels, integrations, workflows, testing, revision rounds and support it includes, what it leaves out, and its typical monthly running cost. You can tick Compare on up to four products to see them side by side.

2

Order and pay

At checkout, choose Standard, Express or Rush delivery for AI products, add any add-ons, and leave a note if you need something specific. Online payment through PayPal is being connected; bank transfer is available on request, and the order starts when the funds clear.

You
3

Send your intake within 72 hours

Your client panel shows an intake form built from the products you bought: questions about your business, private file uploads, and the systems we need to reach. You give access by inviting our team as a user or creating a key you control. Never send passwords.

4

We check intake and access

We read your answers and test every invite and key. If anything is missing, we tell you in the panel and by email. Once everything works, the delivery clock starts the next working day and your delivery date appears in the panel.

5

Build and connect

We configure the product, connect it to your systems and load your knowledge, exactly as the Scope Card describes. Questions during the build come to you in the order’s message thread.

6

Test

Every product is tested against the scenarios listed on its Scope Card before you see it. Any AI usage during testing runs in your own accounts.

7

Your review

The delivery appears in your panel. You have 5–15 working days to try it and report anything that does not match the Scope Card; we fix those at no cost. Adjustments use the revision rounds on the Scope Card.

Go live and support

You get the handoff listed on the Scope Card, such as a recorded session, then post-launch support for the days on the card. After that, optional monthly maintenance keeps the system updated as your tools change.

How the 72-hour rule affects your date

We can only build once we have your information and access. Here is the same order under two scenarios.

Intake on time
Intake 20–30 working days
Intake 2 days late
Intake Late 20–30 working days +6 days

2 days late adds 6 working days, because the team slot reserved for your order has to be rescheduled around other projects.

Delay rule. If information or access arrives after the 72 hours, your delivery date moves by three working days for each day of delay. We send reminders, so this rarely happens.

Who is responsible for what

A fixed price works because both sides know their part. These are the same commitments set out in our Terms of Use.

You are responsible for

Sharing complete, correct information and access within 72 hours Accounts in your own name for every connected tool, such as your CRM, helpdesk, telephony, WhatsApp and AI model providers Third-party running and testing costs, including AI model usage during build and testing Reviewing the delivery within 5–15 working days and using your revision rounds Final decisions in regulated areas such as finance, legal and HR

We are responsible for

Delivering everything written on the Scope Card Using only the access you give us, and removing it when you ask at the end of the engagement or support period Testing against the documented scenarios before handoff Fixing defects reported within 5–15 working days of delivery, free of charge Quoting any extra work in writing, before it starts

How it differs by product type

The steps are the same for everything in the store. A few details change with what you buy.

AI products, editions and bundles

Standard delivery in 20–30 working days, with paid Express (15–25 working days) and Rush (10–20 working days) options. A bundle has one combined intake and handoff. Optional maintenance starts after support.

Websites and stores

Each build shows its own delivery time on the product page; there is no Express or Rush option. WordPress and WooCommerce sites are looked after by webcare24 after launch; Shopify and other builds can add maintenance.

Marketing services

One-time projects, such as audits and launches, follow the same steps. Monthly services start after intake, with a 3-month minimum paid at checkout, then run month to month with the deliverables listed on the product page.

When you need something extra

Add a note at checkout, or write in your order’s message thread later. If the request fits within the Scope Card, it is included at no cost. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote. You accept and pay it in your client panel, and only then does that work start, with its time added to your delivery date.

For projects bigger than any product or bundle, send a Custom AI request.

Not sure which product fits?

Book a call with an expert to talk through your process and get pointed to the right product. The call is advice only, so no build work is done and you are not committed to anything.

The full rules for deadlines, review and support are on the delivery and intake page, and every price rule is explained on the pricing page.

Questions about the process

How long does it take from order to a working system?

AI products have a standard delivery time of 20–30 working days, or less with paid Express (15–25 working days) or Rush (10–20 working days). The clock starts the working day after your intake is complete and your access has been checked. Website and marketing services show their own delivery time on each product page, and your delivery date appears in your client panel.

Do I need a call before I can buy?

No. Every product page shows the fixed price, the Scope Card and what you need to provide, so you can order without a call. If you are not sure which product fits your business, you can book an expert consultation first. It is advice only: we talk through your needs and point you to the right product, and no build work is done.

What do I need to give you after I order?

Your client panel shows an intake form built from the products you bought: questions about your business, files to upload and the systems we need to reach. You give access by inviting our team as a user or by creating a key that you control. Never send passwords. Everything should arrive within 72 hours of your order so the build can start on time.

What if I need something that is not on the Scope Card?

Add a note at checkout, or write in your order's message thread later. If the request fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote. That work starts only after you accept and pay the quote, and its time is added to your delivery date.

What happens after the system goes live?

Once you accept the delivery, post-launch support runs for the days listed on the Scope Card, typically 30 days for AI products. It covers fixing defects and answering your questions. After that you can add optional monthly maintenance for monitoring, fixes, updates and a few change hours each month, or run the system yourself in your own accounts.

Who owns the system you build?

You own the work we create for you once you have paid in full. The system is built and runs in your own accounts, such as your CRM, helpdesk, store and AI provider, so nothing is locked inside our tools. You can remove our access at any time, and we remove it at the end of the engagement or support period when you ask.

Start with the product that fits your job

Pick a product, read its Scope Card and price, and order when you are ready. The steps above take it from there, and your client panel shows each one.

Staging copy for testing. Not the live site; payments are in PayPal sandbox and every email goes to the team.
