Reseller terms: two ways to work
These are the program’s confirmed terms, set out in full in the Reseller Agreement. Anything not listed here or in the agreement is not part of the program.

- Choosing
- One at a time
- You choose one model for your account when you complete your profile, and can switch once every 30 days. A switch applies to orders placed after it. The two cannot be combined.

Price examples
Real products from the store, with prices read live. On the 10% model you pay the second column and resell at the list price. On the markup model you pay the list price and add your own markup. Monthly services have a 3-month minimum.

Third-party costs such as ad spend, platform plans and AI usage are not discounted; you or your client pay them directly. Approved resellers can download the full price list from their panel, or browse every product in the store.

How reselling works, step by step
Every reseller order follows the same process as any other order, described on how it works, with your brand in place of ours.
Apply
Tell us about your business and the services you would resell, using the form below. We reply by email.
Get approved
Approval gives your existing store account reseller status and opens your reseller workspace in the Upmark Labs portal, with your clients, orders, prices and sales material.
Quote your client
Pick the product that fits. Use its Scope Card and delivery time to set expectations, and set your own price.
Order and name the end client
Start a new order for a client in your portal, or buy from the store and name the end client at checkout. You pay us for the order at your model’s price.
Complete the intake
Send your client’s access and materials through the intake form on the order within 72 hours. Each day late moves delivery by 3 working days.
We deliver, you hand over
We build and deliver white-label, through you. You present the work to your client and bill them on your own terms.
What we provide and what you look after
White-label works when each side knows its job. You own the client relationship; we own the build. These points come from the Reseller Agreement.

Reseller or referral partner?
Resell when your client should only see your brand and you want to set the price. If you would rather introduce clients and let them buy from us directly, the referral partner program pays a commission instead.

Reseller questions
Who can become an Upmark Labs reseller?
Businesses only, such as digital agencies, web studios, consultants, IT providers and freelancers trading as a business. The program is not open to consumers. You apply with the form on this page, we decide each application individually and reply by email. Approval gives your existing store account reseller status.
How does reseller pricing work?
You choose one of two models. On the 10% model you pay 10% less than our list price, applied automatically in the cart, and you resell at no more than our list price, so you earn the 10%. On the markup model you pay our list price and set any price you like for your client, so you earn your markup. You cannot combine them. You can switch once every 30 days, and the switch applies to orders placed after it.
Is there a bonus for resellers?
Yes, on either pricing model. If you pay us $5,000, $10,000 or $25,000 or more for client orders in a calendar quarter, you get $150, $400 or $1,250 of bonus credit. It is worked out 30 days after the quarter ends, comes off your next orders automatically and lasts 6 months. It has no cash value.
Are there sign-up fees or minimum orders for resellers?
No. There is no fee to join and no minimum order. You order when you have a client who needs something, and you can stop whenever you like. Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days' notice by email. Orders you have already placed continue under their own terms.
What does white-label delivery include?
For every order placed through your reseller account, we leave our name, logo and links out of deliverables, reports, handoff recordings and any emails we send on your behalf. Some third-party platforms show who set up an account. Where that happens, we use access you or your client provide, so the platform shows your business or your client wherever it allows.
Will Upmark Labs contact my clients directly?
Only if you ask us to and tell us who to contact. We work through you and keep the identity of your end clients confidential. While you are a reseller and for 12 months after your last order, we will not knowingly approach a client you introduced to sell them the same kind of work. A business that finds us on its own can still order from us.
Who pays whom when I resell?
You are our customer for every reseller order. You pay us the price for your model, and you bill your client: at no more than our list price on the 10% model, or at your own price on the markup model. You are responsible for any taxes on your resale. Your payment to us does not depend on whether your client has paid you, so agree your own payment terms with them first.
What if my client needs something outside the Scope Card?
Ask for a Change Quote from the order in your client panel. It is a written quote for anything outside the Scope Card, and we answer. Nothing changes until you accept it. This lets you check the cost before you agree anything extra with your client.
Does the reseller discount apply to ad spend or software plans?
No. The discount applies to our products, packages, add-ons and monthly services. Third-party costs, such as ad spend, platform plans or AI usage, are never part of our price. You or your client pay them directly to the provider. Check each product's Scope Card for the third-party costs that apply to it.
